Step 1: Prep and Detailing

Mask the job site

Remove all hardware from cabinetry

Make any repairs if needed
This includes grain erosion, burn marks, holes, knot holes, splintered wood, etc.

Scrub the cabinets with N-Hance wood cleaner
A thorough clean is critical for great results.

Wipe down the cabinets with lint free towel

Use gloss, satin or semi-gloss finish depending on the customer?s choice

Lightly apply coats of polyurethane

Leave the door open 2 to 3 hours to allow the finish to dry

Touch up and repair any apparent blemishes, once the first coat is on and dry

Carefully pull all masking materials off

Thoroughly inspect

Wipe down

Instruct customer on initial maintenance and long term care
