Met with Trevor to go over our cabinet remodel. We liked our original cabinets, but we did not love that the color matched the flooring. Trevor was very personable and knowledgeable about the process and steps that were to occur. He was not pushy at all and made you feel calm about the whole upgrade. We love the look of our cabinets now! The color is a bluish gray but is a chameleon in different lights. People that come over cannot believe that we did not get brand new cabinets. The texture of the wood still shows through on some which is cool to see. For a fraction of the cost, we now have cabinets that we love!!

Our 30-year-old kitchens cabinets and 15-year-old Formica countertops have been showing their age for years, but we were reluctant to move forward with any type of refresh because of all the horror stories you hear. We didn't need new cabinets because the setup is fine; we just needed a new look. The local N-Hance/Valencia Countertops team was recommended to us by a tradesman who has done excellent work for us, and we decided to follow up on the lead. We couldn't be happier with the transformation of our kitchen and the service we received from Trevor, Jenna, Annie and the installation crew. Our chipped and dingy cabinet doors, draw fronts and frames were expertly cleaned, sanded and painted through a unique process that resulted in the crisp white, satin-smooth cabinetry that we envisioned. They look like new! The quartz countertop is just stunning, and the new undermount sink and faucet arrangement beautifully complete the updated look. We also had them install soft-close hinges on the cabinets and new knobs that we had purchased. Trevor and his team were friendly, responsive and professional, communicating throughout the process and sticking to timelines and expectations. Any concerns were immediately addressed to both parties' satisfaction. The fact that the company has been in business for over a decade says a lot about the integrity of its people, product and service. When thinking about updating our kitchen, we decided to go with cabinet refacing rather than filling a landfill with cabinet boxes that were in good shape. NHance replaced our cabinet doors, painted everything and installed self-closing hinges and new hardware. I loved the one stop shopping where I could also get everything from countertops to backsplash. Jenna in the office was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We had a great experience with our kitchen cabinet refinishing project. Trevor made the initial visit and we came up with a plan. Although the original plan had to be modified we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The crew that performed the work were professional and respectful of our home. Kris, who I believe to be the foreman, did an amazing job and the project was finished in the prescribed timeframe. Our kitchen looks amazing!

We are beyond pleased with the work the men from N-Hance did on our flooring. Our contractor attempted to refinish the floors himself and left them in very, very bad shape. They were rough to the touch, with big yellow streaks and patches of discoloration. In addition the cracks between some boards were caked with poly and several areas never sanded at all! Trevor was very patient in listening to our woes and extremely thorough in analyzing both the problem and coming up with the best solution. The estimate for repairs was higher than the others but in the end, worth every penny. The guys bent over backwards to accommodate our staying in the house during the work. They taped up doors to prevent dust from covering all our belongings. They were respectful of everything in our home and extremely polite. The guys were fun to be around and, unlike so many workers, they cleaned up after themselves. Amazingly, our floors look as though they are new. Miraculous; we highly recommend N-Hance!

Our 1975 kitchen was in desperate need of an update, but we wanted to contain the costs. Total cabinet replacement was not an option. We opted for cabinet refacing, new quartz countertops and a new stainless steel sink to replace the old porcelain one. We met Erica and Kim at the company’s showroom (Valencia) and they introduced us to the process. They showed us cabinet styles and colors as well as countertop samples. Both ladies were kind, helpful and patient! Annie came by shortly thereafter to discuss our wants and needs. She too was great to work with, listening intently and following up with Trevor. Shortly thereafter, Trevor took measurements and took note of a few minor changes we wished to make including the installation of push out drawers in an existing cabinet. We scheduled the work for late January. Fortunately, the weather was cooperative. Most of the time in the evening the kitchen was accessible except when the paint was drying. When all said and done, the kitchen job was complete in just 11 days!! The work crew were, without exception, diligent, neat, considerate and hardworking, leaving us with a beautiful new kitchen. We highly recommend NHance if you desire a nicer kitchen without major disruption and at a reasonable cost.

Rick was outstanding. I thought my cabinets looked great and he said no I want them better. My cabinets are spectacular looking just what I wanted for years. Rick is a perfectionist. Always on time and showed so much respect for my home. They might be a little more expensive but more than worth it. Kitchen cabinets refinished/painted. Very responsive company from 1st call to the last. At the 1st call the office rep gave even more info than I asked for and answered extra questions too. The estimator was very helpful and thorough and calls to set up work times were returned same-day. Really superior in that area. They show up when they say they will -- and work the whole day. The 4 different guys who came to work in the house at prep/paint and then return/finish were all on time, very polite, SUPER neat and clean (you're going to get dust in the nearby area - you need to accept that), and responsive to questions or requests. Prep process kept our house as clean as possible and they were the least-intrusive they could be. The two guys that came to install the doors after painting were excellent at touching-up and addressing a few extremely minor issues. The price was expensive in our opinion but the work was very good and professional. One small negative is that management didn't feel very customer friendly/flexible. They forgot to charge our deposit (with a vacation and other kitchen costs, I didn't notice) therefore requiring us to pay the FULL amount at the end of the job - I was counting on splitting that over a couple of months of credit card billing. I asked if they could flex a bit on the processing fee they charge if you use a credit card as a way of helping us out. Nope, just "no, you would've paid the fee anyway if we'd charged it earlier". Um..ok...but even a little flex there would've been nice. All in all an extremely good experience working with them and hoping that the paint holds up as well as promised.

N-Hance turned our dingy, very old, and borderline gross wood oak floors into something spectacular. The refurbished floors shine and sing, with their intricate grain now spectacular. He explained in detail the elaborate, expert process of N-Hance restorations, guided us in various decisions, and patiently went over each paragraph in the contract. The N-Hance team doing the work was superb; smart, mellow, and highly skilled in their challenging work to do both the floors and the custom floorboards. The whole experience was excellent, and worth every penny to have done right. We have the satisfaction of having gone with the "best of the best" of what the Hudson Valley had to offer. As a bonus, re-doing the floors was the occasion for some deep cleaning and redecorated. Our house has a freshened look. Now, we enjoy. A+ for N-hance.

We used NHance to support our kitchen remodel. We kept half of our cabinets and ordered new cabinets for the kitchen Island and new Half Wall area. We ordered new cabinets unpainted and had NHance paint old and new cabinets - including new soffits, crown molding, shelving, and toe kicks. NHance also installed new Pulls and Knobs, and installed soft close hinges. It all matched perfectly and paint reflects cabinet factor sheen quality...and, we saved a bunch of money! We used NHance to support our kitchen remodel.  We kept half of our cabinets and ordered new cabinets for the kitchen Island and new Half Wall area.  We ordered new cabinets unpainted and had NHance paint old and new cabinets - including new soffits, crown molding, shelving, and toe kicks.  NHance also installed new Pulls and Knobs, and installed soft close hinges.  It all matched perfectly and paint reflects cabinet factor sheen quality...and, we saved a bunch of money!  Trevor and his team from NHance were fantastic!  From consultative planning through install - great communication and very professional.

NHance did a great job staining my kitchen cabinets 2 years ago. Recently however, when the kitchen floor was replaced, one of the kitchen cabinet side panels was damaged. To remedy the situation, a new panel was installed. However, the panel needed to be stained and finished to match the cabinet renewal performed a couple of years ago. Although NHance normally does not handle small jobs like this, they were very professional in scheduling the job and did a great job staining the new panel. NHance was a pleasure to work with!

Our kitchen was in DESPERATE need of updating, and we are so happy that NHance came to the rescue! Trevor was so helpful and knowledgeable, we would highly recommend using NHance. All of our questions along the way were answered quickly and in detail, and we always felt like our project was important to Trevor. I wish I had "before" photos........but we are so pleased with our "after" kitchen!

NHance updated our kitchen cabinets, counter top and sink and I couldn't be happier. From our initial quote to the final installation each person from NHance was professional and friendly. They took the time to explain each detail of the job and the work was completed on time. We have more work to do in the kitchen, but their work was impeccable. From the moment I met Annie I knew that NHance Wood Refinishing were professional, courteous. and were going to do an awesome job. When I initially asked for an estimate it was just to redo my kitchen cabinets by the time Annie left my house NHance was doing my kitchen cabinets, breakfast bar stools, and complete dining room set. Annie went over every detail of the project. Discussed colors and spent the time showing me how each of the colors would look. Prior to Michael coming to my house to start the job Trevor contacted me and went over exactly what was going to occur over the next three days in detail. Michael made sure that everything was coverd in the kitchen before he started preparing the cabinets. My cabinets, breakfast bar stools, and complete dining room set came out AMAZING. The transformation gives my living area a totally new and updated look. To be honest if I could give Trevor, Annie and the rest of the crew at NHance more then a five star rating. I would recommend these individuals to anyone. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I had a parquet floor refinished by NHance Wood Refinishing on the recommendation of Foster Flooring who installed all of the carpet, tile, and wood floors in my house 30 years ago. Trevor the owner is very professional. He had me take some pictures and then came out to look at the floors. He gave us a fair estimate. He sent out 3 members of his team with Jeremy being the lead. I was very impressed with Jeremy and his team. They were on time, very neat, and did a great job. Both Jeremy and Trevor kept me abreast of what was going on. They used a buffer to clean the floor which created no dust, the next day they did a final sanding, again very little dust. Jeremy and Scott then stained the floor and put two coats of sealer and a final coat of satin finish. These guys are hard workers, they communicate well, and Jeremy takes the lead and looks over everything that is being done to ensure it is done correctly. I was very impressed with their work ethics and would definitely hire them again.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Annie and Trevor Kaftan and their team at N-Hance. The workmanship is excellent - my 20-year old cabinets look virtually brand new and they fixed doors that weren't hanging properly, a shelf that was drooping, and a panel that had separated from the side of a cabinet. These folks do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it; they have tremendous integrity, take pride in their work and truly want every customer to be happy. And they did all this with minimal disruption to my kitchen and my life for a very fair price. I highly recommend them and would hire them again without hesitation.

I would DEFINITELY recommend NHance if you are thinking of resurfacing your cabinets. New cabinets were out of our price range, but after some minor changes to our existing kitchen, Trevor and Jeremy transformed my kitchen into a whole new room! Trevor was easy to work with, gave his ideas but was open figuring how to incorporate my ideas. He was very easy to get a hold of on the phone and returned my calls right away. N-Hance was professional, reliable and did a great job refinishing the floors in our 200+ year old home. We were especially impressed with their non-sanding and quick dry finish techniques - the latter definitely worth the extra bucks. When they finished, we could walk on the floors and bring furniture in right away. A miracle! My only gripe is that there was only one technician, and he was fairly new at that. He did a good job, but I would have had more confidence with a 2-man team, including someone more experienced. To be fair, his manager did show up for 30 minutes to ensure that our guy knew what he was doing. But still. We would definitely recommend N-Hance!
