Thermofoil cabinet doors are manufactured cabinet doors with a vinyl coating that are thermoformed to the profiled underlying surface. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your process for this service? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We begin my removing doors, drawer fronts, etc from your kitchen. Once removed, we begin prepping the cabinet frames. The frames will undergo our extensive wood surface preparation surface before they are colored to match the new finish you selected for your doors. Your frames will then be finished using our proprietary finishes designed specifically for use on cabinets. Once completed, our LightSpeed UV Instant Cure finish will then be cured with an UltraViolet light. Once the frames have been cured, it is time to install your new doors and drawer fronts, and any other functional enhancements you may have ordered from N-Hance of Central Jersey. In the average kitchen, this entire process takes about 3-4 working days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
