N-Hance was founded in 2003 and we are one of the original first group of franchisees. <\/p>\n All our team members are employees, not sub-contractors! This is important because it allows us to have total control when it comes to training and job efficiency. There is always a project manager assigned to your project and every team has a lead technician. Every Monday morning, we hold team meetings and conduct ongoing training on a regular basis.
