How N-Hance Refaces Kitchen Cabinets
Once you’ve made your selections, our team will begin the refacing process. First, we’ll mask and drape the work area to protect your home from paint or stain splatter. All you need to do is empty your cabinets, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Next, we’ll clean your cabinet boxes and remove the drawers and door fronts. Our cleaning solution, which is exclusive to N-Hance, is specially formulated to tackle the grease and grime that is common in kitchen environments. We’ll also repair any scratches, dents, or other imperfections on the surface of the cabinet boxes to create a smooth, flawless base that is ready for priming and coloring.
After the surface of the cabinet boxes is prepped and primed, we’ll apply the paint or stain of your choice, followed by a clear, protective top-coat. To speed up the drying process and reduce downtime in your kitchen, we use our proprietary Lightspeed® Nano system to cure the cabinets in seconds using UV technology. This same process is used on the new cabinet doors and drawer fronts in our workshop, resulting in a faster turnaround and a rock-hard, factory-like finish that is highly durable.
Once the doors and drawer fronts are ready, we’ll install them in your home and add any new hardware, such as soft-close hinges, pulls, and knobs. Before we leave, we’ll give you a tour of the completed project to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the end result.
