I contacted owner Ken Koger in July to see if there were any way he could save and restore my bathroom vanity. After being under muddy water from 4/5/25 flooding of my house in Frankfort, it sat on my front porch, a dirty mess and warped, for over a year. He came, looked it over, and yes! He and Josh picked it up and saved my vanity and matching medicine cabinet. He even asked if I wanted to change the color, which I did. I provided a sample of a gorgeous color and finish I wanted, and they matched it. They also fixed it so it’s no longer warped and the slow close drawers work again. This beautifully made vanity was expensive when I bought it during the complete 2016 renovation of my house and had worked perfectly in my bathroom. I’ve had to grieve so many parts of my house that I lost in the flood, but not this. If anything, it’s even prettier than it was when it was new. I’m so grateful to them.

Once again N-Hance did a phenomenal job on our kitchen. We used them several years ago at our prior home and were so happy with the outcome. Now that we are in a new to us home the kitchen needed a good makeover. They’ve replaced our doors and drawers with our existing cabinets. We painted those and are so pleased again! Team was so thorough and professional the entire time. I can’t recommend them enough. We used the team out of Northern Kentucky- always 2 thumbs up! Ken is fantastic to work with! Prettier than new cabinets!  My parents had their kitchen cabinets painted years ago and while it was "better than it was" ... I was not that impressed.  So, when it came time for me to decide on expensive new cabinets or refinish my existing great shape cabinets, I started doing the research.  Besides fantastic Google reviews, N-Hance's website had a lot or really good info.  The guys were done in 3 days total and I didn't have to empty my cabinets!  The color and finish on my cabinets are even better than the original! I also ended up getting my bathroom cabinets done, what a huge difference that made!  Cannot say enough great things about this company ... other than the price is fabulous too!

My wife and I chose N-Hance for our kitchen cabinet upgrade, after some research and reading some reviews, so it's our pleasure to leave this review. My wife and I (especially my wife, as she lives in her kitchen) could not be more pleased with our cabinets. The entire process was easy from the moment Ken came to our home to review the kitchen and give us an estimate. we appreciated the transparent pricing (no hidden fees or surprises) and being placed on the schedule in an expedient manner. We had better quality doors put on, drawers replaced and our cabinets and island refinished. Plus all new attachment hardware. The crew of Josh, Jon & Chris arrived on time and were set up to start work as promised. The cabinets were sealed off and a temporary paint booth was erected in the kitchen with adequate exhaust system. We barely knew they were working. Josh, Jon & Chris were very polite and professional and their work was absolutely high quality. They are true professionals in their trade. The work was finished on time, on schedule, the clean up was stellar, you would never know they were here. I would like to attach some before and after pics. Our cabinets were a dark brown and made our kitchen seem un-inviting and dreary. The new color of green has really brightened our kitchen and made it beautiful. Ken, John and Preston were absolutely amazing! From the moment I met Ken at the Home & Garden show, his 1st visit to the house and then showing up to to do the work. Professional, on time, being there when they say they are going to be there, is an expectation we all have and Ken and his crew met and exceeded expectations! I give five stars. The cabinets are great! The guys were considerate, careful, and conscientious. The cabinets are functionally a great improvement over what I had! There were some things that needed to be adjusted after the job and Ken came out and handled them quickly. I am still waiting for a couple of hinge stops, so the doors don't hit the appliances when opened. However, Ken did put rubber bumpers on my appliances and that is working. WARNING! Be sure you pick the right color! This is completely on me, but I am disappointed in the color I chose . . . and there isn't much I can do about it. It is one of those things I will regret, I am afraid. And I can't really hide it! So, pick a color you know you will love!

This company was so patient with me, I could not decide to paint or just refresh my cabinets. I decide to just refresh and I am glad I did. The crew were very professional, came in and got the job complete. I highly recommend.

Great experience with N-Hance! The company came highly recommended by a couple friends and the work exceeded our expectations for my mother's kitchen cabinet painting and changing out old hardware to new hardware that required a different template. The work was fast, with VERY minimal disruption and mess. They worked with us on color, were extremely attentive to detail, staff was professional and very personable, and pricing was very fair. I absolutely love the painting completed on my cabinets. The color might not be everyone’s choice but I love it. I feel like I have a new kitchen. The entire experience with NHance Wood Finishing was top notch!!! I didn't need a total kitchen upgrade, just updating and refinishing the cabinets that I had. When I met with Mr. Koger, he really listened to my vision and offered me options, no over - selling, no pressure, just actively listening and answering my questions. NHance was even able to rip out a pantry that was too small and create a bigger pantry, matching my wood pattern and blending it perfectly into the refinishing of my other cabinets! They also removed my above the stove microwave and installed a wood vent hood that matched the cabinets perfectly! Evan, the Operations Manager, was very professional and made sure the entire project ran smoothly and the crew had what they needed. Josh, who did the actual refinishing, was awesome and was able to complete the refinishing in one day. One thing I liked, it when the painter Josh left on a Tuesday he said I don’t know if they will send me back Thursday to put your doors, hardware and etc back on basically just put it all back together. I got lucky and they did he started it he should finish it. The work is just beautiful. I when with white cabinets and a navy stone island. Love it.

Having the cabinets painted white has been a long time dream for me. I contacted NHance after seeing the beautiful job they did on a friend's cabinets. NHance did everything they said the would, they were so particular taping and covering all surfaces not being painted. There was not one splash of unwanted paint. Installation of the cabinet doors after painting was done in a timely fashion. They arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. All dust was vacuumed each day. I am an architect, and has been my job to get quality workmanship and products for my clients. When I renovated my own kitchen I was looking for someone who could provide a great product and craftsmanship, and was able to handle custom requests. I also needed to stay within a budget and get the work done in a timely fashion. N-Hance exceeded my expectations in all of those areas. Ken, the owner, came over for a meeting to see get our project requirements and give us a quote. He is VERY easy to work with, and was able to both listen carefully to my rather unusual requests as well as offer good advice while respecting my design intent. The workers were all skilled and punctual. We had our existing hardwood floor sanded and refinished in one day and were able to walk on it and move back in as soon as they left. Our cabinet frames were repainted, and extreme care was taken to mask the surrounding edges and surfaces. The prepped the wood and applied six or seven layers of primer, paint and finish. Then they came back and installed the natural finish cherry doors and drawers that I had requested, along with a new pantry and some custom shelfing and display cases. They took care of many quirky conditions with great skill. The whole process ran like clockwork, with them always coming when they said they would and following the schedule to the letter. The results are out of the ordinary and just what we asked for. I can thoroughly recommend N-Hance. They are VERY skilled workmen, have a great product, are very reliable and more than happy to do unusual or custom work. They anticipate problems before they happen and don't upcharge you when little issues are discovered. They deliver what they promise and are very easy to work with.

I contracted with N-Hance of Central and Northern Kentucky to paint my kitchen cabinets along with installing new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. I could not be happier with the finished product!!! The quality and craftsmanship were both excellent. The price tag was also extremely reasonable, giving my kitchen an updated look at a much lower cost than installing all new cabinets. We had a great experience with N-Hance. Ken came out mid-April to give us an estimate, at which time he gave us a detailed timeline that was followed down to the hour. Over the course of a week, Evan, Josh, and Corey showed up right on time and worked steadily to remove cabinet doors, protectively tape off all surfaces, clean the cabinets, apply multiple coats of our chosen color, and replace the doors. We're very happy with the new look, which was far less expensive, far less time-consuming, and far less disruptive than getting new cabinets. Would absolutely recommend.

Punctual, professional, add your favorable adjective(s); this describes their performance and results in my kitchen. NHance picked up a disaster from my previous contractor, who I fired mid-project for ruining the cabinet finish. Three other reputable contractors turned down the resumption of the project: it was too far gone. NHance got it done quick, leaving no evidence of the wreck they started with. They are magicians!

NHance painted my kitchen cabinets this past week of March 2022 in Lexington, KY. Excellent work, on the time schedule they had set for me, done with professionalism, politeness, care and attention to detail. The 5 year warranty gives me reassurance as do the many, many positive reviews i have read. Their special method allowed me to use my cabinets again in a mere 4 days. They took pains to protect the rest of my house from fumes or dust. All the work of painting the drawer fronts and the doors took place at NHance location, and i was able to use my kitchen throughout most of those 4 days. I anticipate the cabinets will look great for years to come. I chose matte white for my dark wood cabinets and that has brightened my kitchen immensely. They put small bumper pads on the insides of doors, a nice touch I hadn't expected.The employees left me with simple instructions for cleaning once the cabinets need it, a cleaning spray and a small container of touch up paint. They also left with a promise to return after my new countertop is installed if any touch up is needed. I am very pleased with their service.

Ken and his crew did a beautiful job with my kitchen refresh. They painted the original oak cabinets, added crown molding, and bead board around the peninsula. I was happy with the option for a virtual quote to get things started. Follow up communications and appt for measurements and discussion of details was professional and answered any questions. We had Nhance central kentucky paint out cabinets, stain our mantle and stain a handrail. The house looks great. The team was polite and professional. I highly recommend.

N-Hance did an excellent job painting my bleached oak cabinets. The top cabinets were painted a bright white and the bottom cabinets a pale gray. These look great with our black quartz counter tops. Pull out shelves were installed in the bottom cabinets. Soft closures were installed on all the doors. Panels were placed on the end cabinets which give them a finished look. The original cabinets did not have hardware on the door or drawers so new brushed nickle handles were installed. Our kitchen looks brand new. The crew are extremely professional and worked tirelessly to complete the job in 4 days! We are very pleased with the results.

The crew at N-Hance had a challenge with our kitchen. 40 year old hardwood cabinets and matching stain and sheen with an additional wall of new surfaced cabinets. They carefully mixed the colors and tweaked everything to get the match. The old cabinets had places of high use they treated and worked on to invigorate the wood. Their efforts were not complete until everyone was satisfied. excellent work and great customer service.

The quality of the pantry and the pull out drawers is mind blowing; adjustable pull out shelves with 100 lb weight limit; dove tail joints...this pantry was built to last; none of those cheap plastic pins to hold the shelves. He returned several times to replace drawer slides that were not working correctly, replace some hinges, and even re-adjust doors and drawer fronts that needed a small adjustment. Amazing experience from initial visit and consultation, throughout the entire project, to the final result which is stunning. What a transformation. Can't recommend Ken and N-Hance more highly. I normally do not post reviews but I wanted to give a quick post on this company. We had our cabinets done with these guys four years ago. Our cabinets still look as good as the day they were done. There are no chips or blemishes on them, which is awesome considering we have two children. Caring for them has been easy. We only use our dish rag after doing dishes and wipe them off. We are now getting ready to have our bathrooms done. Would highly recommend them.

We wanted to change our light maple cabinets in our newly renovated bathroom to expresso. N-Hance not only protected all of our new finishes surrounding the cabinets, but they also achieved a beautiful new look, with the color we wanted. The team was professional, on time, and got the job done pretty quick! I would recommend to anyone needing cabinet refinishing done.

After 20 years our hardwood floors were showing wear. They had lost their shine and showed all the wear patterns of our 3 dogs and 3 children. We even had a particularly bad place off the back deck where the wood had been weathered with the water from our pool along with the mud and grime from our backyard. Mr. Koger came to my house and was very honest about the outcome of the floors using his product. I had looked into sanding and staining but the cost was almost 21/2 times that of N Hance and we would be out of our house for 5 days. N Hance could be completed in 1 day....I am very pleased with my floors and have asked him to give me an estimate to have my cabinets N Hanced.
