Classic Renewal
The classic renewal is just as it sounds. When you think of wood refinishing, you think of bringing an old, tired finish back to life. Our Classic Renewal is the perfect solution if you love your cabinet color but the finish is wearing or there are dings, scratches, or discoloration including sun fading, etc.

Our Classic Renewal entails a thorough but gentle cleaning and degreasing that strips and contamination from the surface and allows our new finish to adhere to your cabinets. Then, we perform our magic with an artists eye and pallet with our combination of pigments, dyes, and translucent stains to touch up any areas that have become discolored or damaged. This process repairs those parts where finish is missing, the sun has faded the color, etc. Then, we apply a neutralizing sealer and top it all off with our famous Lightspeed Nano UV-cured clearcoat polyurethane. That’s a mouthful to say but, our Lightspeed is what makes your cabinets durable and UV-resistant for years to come. What’s more, since it’s cured with UV light, when we leave your home, you can load up your cabinets and start using your kitchen immediately!

Color Shift
Our Color Shift process is one of our most unique capabilities which nobody else can offer. It involves the same basic process as our Classic Renewal but, instead of just a clearcoat, we apply one of our 11 color undertones to produce a fundamental shift in the tone of your wood cabinets that can turn the 80’s honey oak into a beautiful and on-trend walnut color or anything in between. With the 11 undertones, we can create just about any color that remains translucent and shows the beauty of the wood grain but gets rid of that 80’s orange! This process is very popular for cabinets but also really effective at changing the way your staircase looks!

Color Change
Our Color Change process is, by far, our most popular service. It involves creating a solid (opaque) finish on your cabinets in your choice of colors to include any one of the thousands of colors you can choose at the local paint store. While our finishes are exclusive to us, we can tint our finishes to any color from any paint brand. So, if you have a certain color in mind, we can match it!

Opaque colors are “in” and allow you to modernize your kitchen’s look by keeping a neutral tone or adding big drama to a focal point like your island in a contrasting tone.

Another benefit of choosing to finish your cabinets in a solid color is that, if your cabinets are damaged or you want to use different sized handles, we can repair damage, dings, nicks, and scratches so you won’t even know they were ever there and fill unwanted handle holes so you can go with more stylish, larger handles, as an example.
