Choosing N-Hance of Greenville was an easy decision. Owner Tom Terrana's commitment to customer care and quality work was evident at our first meeting and never diminished throughout the project. My vision became his passion. He was always eager to talk with me. Tom's colleague, Tyler, is a creative expert. He researched and tested products and applications for my unusual requests. Finally, I didn't have to worry about workmanship, because Tom and Tyler's personal standards exceeded mine. Choosing N-Hance of Greenville wasn't a painful expense; it was a rewarding investment.

We are over the top pleased with the results of our kitchen and bathroom cabinet resurfacing by Tom and the folks at N-Hance. The wood looked old, chipped, and badly water stained and now they look like brand new polished wood cabinets. I continue to be amazed and delighted each morning when I wake up and come into my kitchen or bathroom. The crew was prompt, courteous, efficient, and seemed to enjoy their work. So thrilled with my new kitchen cabinets! The workers were so thorough and professional! 3 days and done! They replaced doors and drawer fronts and left the whole kitchen looking like brand new! The workers carefully protected stovetop and counters and cleaned up after themselves throughout their work each day! My cabinets were 20 years old and really needed an update! Tom and his staff went graciously above and beyond to make me happy when I was unhappy with the initial color I picked out. The finished cabinets look amazing! The workers were on time, very respectful and pleasant, and tried very hard not to damage anything. The only thing I would suggest is It would have been helpful to have advanced notice from Tom of when to order the handles and pull out shelves so we weren’t biting our nails hoping they would get there in time. All in all, it has been a great experience and was only half the cost of getting the cabinets refaced. I would recommend.

Tom - stained our cabinets - a couple years ago - we were totally satisfied with the finished product. N-Hance recently redid our wood kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were cleaned, more matching stain added and two coats of polyurethane finished it up. The cabinets look great. It only took one day to complete and we are very pleased with the results. One door in particular, had minimal stain when they started, and they completely restored to the original look. Before and after pictures of this door are included. Their customer service, before, during and after were excellent. They have an excellent team and I highly recommend using them

Our cherry kitchen cabinets are 23 yo and were in need of some help. We tried to make them look nicer ourselves, but they were scratched and worn more than we could do anything for them. We live the cherry wood and so rather than replaced them, we tried N-Hance. The cost was much less than replacement and they look brand new. The team was great to work with, especially Tom, who was super about making sure we were happy.

These folks did a great job with our kitchen. The new color makes it look 50% bigger. wish I had done this 10 years earlier.

Meeting with Tom the first time was educational and rewarding. KitchenCcabinetry renovation started on time, all work done was as described and project finished on time. Chase and Alejandro were incredibly pleasant, hard working and cognizant of keeping their work place and our home as clean and organized as possible. Chase led the charge as far as completing the process making sure all work was done as described to us. Tom came back on the final day to help finish the project. Tom and his team did a fantastic job refinishing our kitchen cabinets, and adding soft close hinges. His team was fast, professional, friendly, perfectionists, and we hardly had any smell or dust which was great !! We were even told by Chase that our Frigidaire 8 year old refrigerator had bad rust on the back and we had some spots on the floor from it. We would not have known had he not told us. This company is FANTASTIC. I wanted to make my kitchen cabinets two tone, keeping the initial frame a dark color and changing all doors and drawer fronts to a cream color. In this world of unreliable companies who don't show up and/or do not do the job right, NHance was a refreshing change. Tom stayed in contact with us, showed up when he said he would and always returned calls/messages. He is knowledgeable, informative and the end result is absolutely gorgeous and just what I had envisioned. I would give them a 5 plus stars all around and would recommend them 100% to anyone and would use them again without hesitation.

We had been wanting new cabinets for years and it was way too expensive for us. We went to a home show and discovered N-Hance and decided this may be the perfect choice. We were not disappointed! Tom and his crew were great to work with! They came early on the days they were scheduled and worked hard to complete the work for us. It only took 4 days and we have a beautiful, bright new kitchen!! I have to admit, I was very nervous about doing this but we were reassured every step of the way and the outcome was way above our expectations! We had a wonderful experience with N-Hance Wood Refinishing. The cabinets and drawers in our kitchen are about 25 years old and were worn around the pulls. We were happy with the color of the wood but felt they needed a facelift. Chase, Jan and Leah showed up at the appointed time and worked quickly and carefully. We were happy they were able to replace our old hinges with soft close hinges. They also were able to install an updated trash drawer with the soft close feature. Our cabinets look great! We are very pleased with the results.

Tom, Jan and Chase did beautiful. They were able to restore versus replace cabinets. This saved us a good bit of money as well as taking a chance of removing then reinstalling a quartz counter top and backsplash. They cared.

We had been in our house 16 years and our cabinets needed a makeover. We had heard about N-Hance and saw great reviews on them. I asked the kitchen design person at Home Depot about them and she said, they are the best. We are very happy with the results. There are simply no words to adequately express the professionalism and great work ethic of Tom and his team. He was incredibly patient answering all of my questions and responded promptly with my follow-up questions. Jan, Leah, and Chase did wonderful work. My kitchen is so much brighter! I'm so happy I chose to replace the doors with Shaker style. Excellent quality! Edit: I originally said "However, be aware that the doors may not perfectly match the cabinet boxes. My doors have a slight yellow tone compared to the boxes. Not sure why, but I suspect the light curing, which is only done on doors/drawer fronts, may have affected the polyurethane coating. Depending on your colors, this may not happen to you." New: Tom figured out the cause of the problem and corrected it. Now the cabinets are perfect! It's not often these days to find people who stand behind their work. Great company and I won't hesitate to call on them again!

We contacted N-Hance after our great experience with this company in Atlanta, Ga. So when we moved to Columbus NC, we were happy to find N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Greenville to beautify my kitchen cabinets and my living room built in cabinets. Tom came out the next day and was very helpful in suggesting the colors for my kitchen that would compliment the granite countertops. On the day we were scheduled to start the crew arrived on time and ready to get to work. Chase, Jan and Lea were awesome!! They addressed any questions or concerns I had about the process. We loved our 20-year old Aristokraft cabinets, but the maple finish and damage over the years needed to go. N-Hance offered the perfect solution, as I was able to choose the color that would blend with our countertops. I was very happy to be able to use a local (Tryon, NC) company to have 2 bathroom vanities refaced. Tom and Chase did a professional job and we are very happy with the results. Our new master bathroom looks refreshed and modern after only 2 days! Tom was very creative in finding a solution so I was able to get the look I wanted. I also appreciate that the company recycles the old cabinet doors to Habitat for Humanity and local artists who use the doors as canvasses. The company is environmentally friendly and plants a tree at the completion of your work. Very cool!

OMG… my 38 y/o lower wooden cabinets have taken a beating over the years with dings, nicks and water discoloration. The N-Hance team did a GREAT job repairing and matching stain to upper cabinets which were in good shape.

Disappointed in the lack of promised follow up! I had expressed concern about jagged edges on bottom of a few of my cabinet faces. Tom had said it would take 2 weeks for stain to cure and he would come by and take a look. It’s been 2 months. Every thing turned out beautifully. We had our kitchen cabinets and island redone, also our master bathroom. Every thing was done on time and as expected. From the time we met Tom I knew having my cabinets redone was going to be a great experience. Tom and his team were fantastic. “The Girls” were with me for two full days. They arrived exactly when they said they would (on Monday) and began their process. I was amazed at how fast they got things done. By Noon on Thursday my cabinets were complete. I went out on a limb and chose a color swatch not usually used but the stain was a perfect match and was exactly what I wanted. I used NHance after talking with Tom . We had 2 large screened/ covered exterior porches that needed repair and refinishing and 3 interior ( main living areas) rooms that needed to be refinished and protected. We had built our home 10 years ago and I wanted to brighten my floors to their original beauty. Tom quickly schedule an appt. arrived on time and explained services that were specific to my needs. I knew the porches needed different services than the interior required but wasn’t sure what my options were. Tom explained several services NHance offered and then suggested the best combination of services to meet my specific concerns. We scheduled the interior work ( due to the weather and outdoor temperatures the exterior had to be postponed several weeks) and they arrived on time and started to work immediately. They completed by the end of that same day and the difference was amazing! They took the time to concentrate on several “issues” I had seen, some that they had found and succeeded in making my floors look flawless! Tom has earned our highest recommendation!

N-Hance refinished our kitchen and 2 bathroom cabinets, transforming them from a dark stain to a perfect grey. The team showed up on Monday and removed the doors and drawer fronts, then cleaned and prepped the cabinet boxes, ready for the primer coat. We had only to make sure they had enough room to apply masking tape where needed so didn't have to completely empty our cabinets. While the cabinet boxes were being primed and painted, the doors and drawer fronts were being painted in their shop, then returned for a final reassembly on Thursday. We now have very much brighter kitchen and bathrooms and the finish looks like original coatings that may as well have been applied by the manufacturer. Easy for us and great results.

It has been now several months since we contracted N-Hance and I can not say enough about the Tom and his professional team. I downsized into an older home that had a outdated kitchen. When I contacted N-Hance I met with Tom at my home. We had a consultation and he was fully prepared for my questions and addressed all of my concerns. His team was fantastic and professional. No mess, and they were fully focused on their work . They finished in 3 days! I would highly recommend them. Thank you again Tom and your team for giving my dull old kitchen cabinets a new life. Having recently installed new counters, installing new cabinets was not feasible. I was not satisfied with the 3 quotes and processes to paint them so I believed I was out of options. Until I stumbled upon N-Hance which IS NOT paint. After Tom's in home sales presentation I was not 100% convinced the end result could possibly be that good. I was wrong, they look fantastic. Their initial communication and follow up, preparation, care and concern for surrounding rooms, and arriving early, is the type of customer service one expected 30 or 40 years ago, but rarely see today. Initially I had a concern for the two largest panels (2.5 ft X 8 ft) and how the finish looked. The owner came out and spent the final day assisting with drawer and door installation, and supervised the entire redo of the panels. That I was not expecting. The old adage, you get what you pay for is true. What Tom also understands, is deliver more than you promise. Do yourself a favor and at least listen to the sales presentation. It is not a shpeal. Well done N-Hance team!

We love it. Tom and crew turned our old dreary kitchen into a new one. We love the light gray Whitewash Oak. The 4 day process was hassle free without stripping and sanding in the preparation. We got the look of a new kitchen without the expensive cost of new door panels or cabinets. We highly recommend them.

I really wanted to wait until my kitchen was finished before I wrote this review, so I will update with photos at a later date. As an interior designer I have used the NHance process with clients before and they were very pleased with the outcome. This time it was for ME and I am probably pickier than most. Tom worked with me to get the EXACT color match I wanted, he communicated with me and brought a sample before we proceeded. The entire team, was professional, pleasant, thorough, organized and a pleasure to work with. PLEASE remember, this is not a paint, it is a stain, the grain of the cabinet wood will still be visible, especially if you have a high grain such as an oak. I did not want paint as it looks awful within a year and chips. This is not an inexpensive process, but the end result makes it worth the price, you will not be repainting in a year. My kitchen looks fabulous so far, can't wait for the quartz tops and handles to be completed. Thank you all at NHance for your professionalism and perfection. I highly recommend this team.

Excellent finish job on a 4'x7' solid Mahogany pivot door. Fast and courteous.

Cabinet finish was good but hinge replacement was a disaster! Cabinet doors are not hanging straight due to shims only under some hinges. He stated my husband could adjust the screws and straighten them easily which was not the case. I should have never paid until the job was satisfactory ??

These folks are fantastic! They refinished my hardwood floor last year- we and the 4 big dogs walked on it in 4 hours!! We just had them refinish the bathroom and kitchen cabinets. They've made our 27 YO house look like new. Both rooms are bright and airy feeling now. I'd include photos if I could - the results are astounding!

We love our new cabinets! We had our 90's honey oak cabinets transformed with a beautiful light gray stain that has changed the whole look of our kitchen. The team of professionals did an outstanding job and we would highly recommend.

This is our second time using NHance and could not be more pleased. Tom and his great staff were very professional and both projects worked out great. Our cabinets were redone this last time in our kitchen and they stained the old oak cabinets with the old type hinges, and it was amazing how bright it made our kitchen with the new white cabinets and the newly installed soft closing cabinet doors. Should anyone have a need for this type work give Tom and NHance a call and you can't go wrong.

Tom, Gene and Tina all did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results. This non-sanding process was very preferable to the customary sanding, staining, coating procedure. Our house was left completely clean and dust free. For anyone who wants to work around heavy difficult to move furniture that will remain in the same spot, this is a great alternative.
