We had an oak floor under a glued-down carpet and vinyl adhesive tiles in the kitchen. The condition of the oak floor was solid enough but there were many cuts, stains and gaps between the boards. We were recommended to install a floating floor over the old tile and carpet. We preferred to restore the original floor so got an estimate from Bill Walker and N-Hance. We were a bit apprehensive the floor could be restored. Bill W was very professional and honest. We are thrilled with the results and cheerfully recommend this business. Photos were taken before, during and after.

The project was to change the inserts of our kitchen cabinet doors from basic brown wood to antiquing. After several attempts to find a perfect blend with our backsplash, the cabinets are beautiful and add a new dimension to our "Blaa" kitchen. We are very pleased with the outcome and have received many compliments.

Remodeling a kitchen is intimidating, so many decisions to make. Bill and Cindy were wonderful to work with. Bill gave us numerous choices about what they could do to convert our contractor grade cabinets to full custom cabinets. Cindy worked with us on a color choice (we painted and put on new doors, drawer fronts and molding. We also put on soft close hinges and drawer hardware.). She came out with paint samples and left them with us to look at in all light conditions (it matters). The workmanship and communications were exemplary. We are very happy and would recommend N--Hance in Medford without hesitation. You won't be sorry, and you will save a ton over new cabinets.

N-Hance. Bill was very polite and careful to make sure not to damage our hardwood floors, which my husband always worries about, when ever anything is done in the house. Bill did a great job restoring the original color and sheen back to our cabinets, he also did minor repairs to some of the doors and drawers. Excellent work, and my wife loves her newly refinished kitchen cabinets! A bit costlier than I'd like, but the FAQ on their website was accurate regarding estimated costs, and it's still a whole lot less expensive than a fully remodeled kitchen. I highly recommend this business!

N-Hance touched up kitchen cabinets that originally had been done by N-Hance in 2008. The results regarding getting rid of all the scratches that had occurred in 15 years was awesome.Also I had a bathroom cabinet repainted from honey oak to a new paint color and had a 1932 cedar chest refinished. The chest also had a lot of scratches. That also came out looking great.Bill was very professional with the work he performed. An awesome refinishing job completed with complete satisfaction.

We had a very good experience with Arturo who was our technician. He is very detail oriented. He took his time to make sure every step in our kitchen cabinet refinish was properly applied. We have a large kitchen and computer work space with 35 drawers and cabinet doors to be refinished. He made several trips to our home to make sure each step fully cured before going on to the next step. When the work was finished he took time to make sure the clean up was complete. He also resurfaced both of our bathroom cabinetry. I would not hesitate to employ him again to do similar work. Thank you for a job well done.

Bill was here to do the work himself. He spent the time needed to do th irk. The result was amazing. The natural cherry cabinetry needed to be cleaned and touched up because of water staining. They look brand new. A fabulous result. We can wholeheartedly without reservation recommend them.

They replaced all our cabinet doors and drawers and were able to make some modifications that were needed to our cabinets. We were looking at potentially replacing 4 cabinet doors in the storage area of the kitchen island, when we removed the step up bar area, and the height of the doors no longer fit. Our 25 year old home was originally built with quality cabinetry and doors, which would be difficult and very costly to replace. Over time the finished had yellowed, detracting from the grandeur when new. We were not keen on an opaque coating or paint as this would cover the grain. This is where Bill & Cindy from nHance entered. In working with them we opted for a color change stain. Their patients was phenomenal in assisting us to produce a color and finish that would honor our home. The process, while highly detailed went smoothly with minimal disruption. Have to comment of the lack of noxious odors and having not to deal with a dusty mess. The finish on the cabinets is factory fresh again. The kitchen was completed in a quick week. Cooperation and attention to the smallest details are attributes to the work this process and team gave us.

We just worked with N-Hance for the second time and again they did an incredible job. The first time was replacing our kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts and painting our existing cabinet boxes. The second time was every other cabinet in the house, either replacing the doors and drawer fronts or just painting them, plus upgrading the hinges to soft close. Both times they were great partners throughout the process, helping choose styles and colors. Their installers were skilled, courteous and on time, and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. It's nice to see someone take pride in their work and want it to be completely correct. Our wood flooring needed some help! the sealer was worn out and it looked ugly. Usually, it is an ordeal to re-surface wood floors because of the sanding, dust and dirt. Bill with his team and nHance method was able to resurface the floor with the dust and dirt! Now it looks and feels just like new and we are very happy!! Thank you

I hired Nhance for their granite renewal service. Barry arrived on time and informed me what he was going to do, but also explained what he couldn’t do, specifically cracks along the granite that were cut during installation. They can’t repair cracks or caulking along the backsplash that separate over time. But he did an excellent job polishing and putting the seal on the granite. It feels smooth and looks shiny. I’m pleased with their professionalism and the completed job.

My kitchen and other wood throughout the house that N-Hance resurfaced looks BEAUTIFUL! A small area of remodeling for a new oven configuration will occur but the primary job was enhancing the wood. The price was very fair, the work ethic was sterling, the products are excellent, as well as any and all questions were fully answered. I highly recommend N-Hance for any service they offer based on the excellent work on my job.

N-Hance just refinished our cherry cabinets in the kitchen and both bathrooms. James, Katie and crew were great to work with. They were professional, punctual and very responsive to our concerns. The guys did great job refreshing our 45 year dark stained cabinets. They completed what they promised in a timely manner.

I am retracting my lousy review. When the new owner of N'Hance saw my bad review he IMMEDIATELY contacted me and asked to see if he could make good on what the old owners had ignored and refused to fix. True to his word, within one months time, he had picked  up the cabinets and has them looking beautiful.  I'm going to wait six months to make sure this new process lasts. If so I will be redoing more cabinets through N'Hance. Bill just knocked himself out. Thank again, Bill.

Thank you Kevin and Lori and crew! My kitchen cabinets look like new with the refinishing that N-Hance was able to do. Their crew was very efficient, organized, and polite as well. There was little to no clean-up following the in-home portion of the renewal process. In the early stage, Kevin was able to evaluate the cabinets to determine how any previous damage may effect the new finish and then offer suggestions as to how best approach the issue. My cabinets look gorgeous and brand new but the service we received was even more impressive! Lori came to my house on multiple occasions to ensure I would be getting exactly what I wanted. I had received quotes from other cabinet refinishing companies but none of them offered to spray one of my cabinet doors as a sample to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the look before I did the kitchen or bathrooms. She also listened to what my husband wanted as well as what I wanted and was able to help us compromise. They refinished my entire kitchen cabinetry, cabinets in laundry room, and cabinets in both bathrooms. They were even able to refinish the frames around my mirrors in my master bathroom to match the cabinetry! They taped everything off and there was no over spray anywhere. My husband even injured his ankle the day before they were supposed to do our kitchen so they helped him move things out of the kitchen for him. Best customer service. I only wish they did full home remodels because I would hire them in an instant to do everything!

Wow, I am SO impressed with N-Hance! We recently moved to Jacksonville after having rented our home for the last eight years. Needless to say, all the cabinetry in the house was in dire need of major TLC. I was initially disappointed that the work could not be done prior to moving in as I expected a lot of disruption, dust, toxic fumes, and moving stuff out and in of cupboards and drawers all over again. To my great delight, none of this occurred! We only had to clear the counters. There was no dust, no noise (save quiet blow dryers), and no disruption to our routine. The work for a large kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry room was done in three days. All rooms and cupboards were completely serviceable the entire time. The guys were friendly, professional, accommodating, and enjoyable to be around. Our cabinets look amazing and should stay this way for years to come. I can't recommend Kevin and his team highly enough. Barry was especially attentive to some more troublesome spots and did a fantastic close-out. I'd give six stars if I could!

N Hance did a sample cabinet door so we knew what to expect. We had a clear coat refresh on 15 year old kitchen cabinets. Many areas had scratches and worn areas and the cabinets look much better. The guys showed up on time, and were very respectful of our home. There is very little dust as compared to a full refinish job, but I did clean out everything afterwards.
