How Does Lightspeed Work?
Once the refinishing of your cabinets is completed and the final top coat is applied, Lightspeed is utilized. This constitutes a faster curing process due to the UV wavelengths it emits, and this is further sped up by photoinitiators that are found in our products, which respond to such UV light and begin curing immediately. This method differs immensely from heat or thermal oxygen curing, usually employed by traditional cabinet refinishers.
Through a traditional curing process, it can be up to two weeks before you can start making full use of your newly-refinished kitchen cabinets.
