Friendly, quick, knowledgeable.

We used N-Hance for the first time to help bring new life to our kitchen and 3 bathrooms in a home that we are renovating. Wow, what a great job they did, and it completely transformed the look of the home giving it a refreshed and more current look. The project cost was roughly 1/3 of the cost to completely replace the cabinets. Great service, follow through and very timely. I recommend you checking them out.

We are about 6 months past our Kitchen remodel and wanted to post how happy we are with the results from Larry and his team. We wanted an all white kitchen and his team completely transformed an outdated kitchen into a modern kitchen in less than 2 weeks. They came out the same day we provided a punch list of items that needed to be addressed and fixed them. To date there are absolutely no quality issues and everything is fantastic. Would definitely use them again for any remodeling.

We just had our floors refinished, new wood staircase, and kitchen updates done. The floors are amazing with a hard coating that will last for years. Larry and his team built a one of a kind new kitchen island and we love it. Rhonda was so helpful with giving designer advice and making sure we got everything we asked for. Had my floors finished by NHance about a year ago. Noticed some boards warping under corner of fridge, probably from dropped and forgotten ice cubes. Emailed Rhonda, got a call from Matt, came out same week and did a fantastic repair job. No charge. I told Matt don't hesitate to tell me I owe something, maybe just the labor. He said nope, we stand by our work. Plus what is AWESOME is their Lightspeed machine. When they were done, the floor is dry and walkable. Amazing. N-Hance is the only floor company I recommend.

I hired this company to do a make over on our high end kitchen. They showed up on time honored their original price and provided very quality work for the services I hired them for. I added on a couple smaller projects once the original project had started. They took their time with those too, they didn’t rush anything and made me feel as if I was a priority. INCREDIBLE! The skill, craftmanship, creativity and diligence of Larry and Rhonda and their staff astounded us. We were moving from out of state to the 120-year-old house we had just purchased. Most of it had thick wall-to-wall carpet, which they removed. The original wood floor was worn out, but they were able to use it as subflooring and install beautiful prefinished Red Oak hardwood. Very challenging work, due to the bay windows and many other unusual angles throughout the house. They also installed stair treads, railings, and a beautiful marble tile fireplace surround. And - found and installed tall pet containment structures on 2 exterior doors, to keep our kitties safely indoors! Beautiful, functional – every day we are so grateful for their hard work!

Although my kitchen looked outdated, I did not want to replace my countertop and the cabinets were in good shape. NHance did a wonderful job painting the cabinets. They also added pull-out drawers on the lower cabinets which makes it so much easier to work in my kitchen. The end result is amazing!

Highly recommended. They refinished our wooden floors in my historical home, as well as my front door. I can't believe the difference! Beautiful. Some companies won't call you back or communicate, but that is NOT a problem with nHance. We had kitchen cabinets and drawer fronts replaced. N-Hance painted the frame around the existing cabinets and drawers to match our color selection. We are absolutely in love with the finished result. Beautiful! They also changed a cabinet with a glass front.

I am in love with our re-faced cabinets. Before and after photos are attached. Before is oak, after is with new white cabinets. Anyways, the N-Hance staff was very responsive and open to my needs. The situation that stood out to me most was the evaluation/estimate process with Larry. I was on the fence with a full cabinet replacement and just re-facing the cabinet boxes. I was told that N-Hance could absolutely replace the boxes and give a estimate, however the boxes we already have were in great condition, and may not be worth it to do a full replacement. THANK YOU. No pressure was made to add a service and generate more income for the company. I felt he was really looking out for the necessities. I asked for professional opinions on colors and style of doors and Larry gladly gave it, which I appreciated. I highly recommend using N-Hance for any of your cabinet needs.

NHance installed new kitchen cabinet doors & drawer fronts with soft close hinges, changed the cabinet color to match. They also refinished bathroom cabinet fronts, both sides of several interior doors and the inside of the front door. They painted both sides of the porch doors. The team did an excellent job and were neat and clean as they worked. They kept me informed as they performed the various projects. We highly recommend them.

We have 3/4 " hardwood flooring. We had water damage to our kitchen. The damaged wood floor had to be removed and new wood installed. In order to make the flooring match, we had to have the entire flooring refinished. In addition to the repair we also decided to lay new hardwood flooring in our family room and den. We interviewed several companies. We were impressed with Val and his team from the get go. He spent time to discuss with us what he felt was the best approach. How long it would take and the type of finish we wanted. His estimate was reasonable and the time to complete was on time . His team was wonderful, their technique was spot on. Sanding dust was at a minimum. N-Hance did a wonderful job, courteous and very clean. We LOVE our floor. We definitely recommend him and his team. We will use them again to replace carpet upstairs as well.

Let me start by saying what a pleasant experience it was to do do business with this company. This is a truly family run business and their process is one of the smoothest I've ever seem. We brought them for a cabinet color change job. Their crew was very personable and professional. They were very respectful of our premises and did a terrific job of making sure they were not leaving a mess. We got the white cabinets we wanted at a fraction of the cost of getting a cabinet reface and the results were just as superior. 5 stars all the way!

Worked with us with scheduling the job during the coronavirus. Workers arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job of refinishing the base cabinets and installing new drawers and doors. Work was completed over course of three days as promised. They sealed off the work area to confine dust, cleaned up after and hauled away all the old doors. All of the workers were very courteous and we were especially impressed with work that Manual did. The whole job completed with minimal disruption to our daily routine and to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend Nhance.

Our kitchen cabinets were worn and outdated. We attempted to paint them ourselves a couple of years ago ~ they initially looked pretty good, but the paint started to wear off pretty quickly. We then decided to find a company to professionally update our kitchen. We had a few companies come to our house and give us estimates. Larry Pollock from N'Hance, took the time to not only get us an estimate to replace our kitchen cabinet doors and drawers, but also gave us other ideas to maximize the amount of kitchen space we had. We took a couple of months to make the decision to do the update, and when we contacted Larry he came right back out to the house and got us right in the schedule ~ we truly appreciated that he accepted us taking the time to make this big decision. Again when Larry came to our house the second time he took the time to walk through our kitchen, and in our efforts to gain more storage space, our project extended into our laundry room (attached to the kitchen). Shortly after the all of the updates were scheduled, we found yet another addition for our kitchen. Larry again went above and beyond by coming to our home another time, and he brought Rhonda from the office with him for what we believe was additional design help for us and our visions. After our new cabinets and doors and other products were received, installation started. The installation team was great too. They were all respectful and addressed any questions or concerns we had. Every detail of our kitchen was cared for. In several instances the team again went above and beyond by staying late to finish our kitchen before a big family event happening in our home. This included Rhonda coming to our home again with the installation team, and not only helping with the work, but also placing all of my dishes in my new hutch to help with our personal time crunch. The whole team were both professional and personable ~ which was truly appreciated by us. We would totally recommend N-Hance for your kitchen needs ~ whether an upgrade, new installation or just functional improvements such as pull out shelving. We had it all! N-Hance completed restoration of cherry kitchen cabinets that were 20 years old. We were very satisfied with the work completed and have already recommended H-Hance to one of our neighbors. In addition to the quality work, we found all the members of the various teams that visited our home to be very courteous, professional, efficient and genuinely caring about the quality of the work they were doing. If we decide to move forward with other services that N-Hance provides (e.g. flooring refinish) – we will not hesitate to use them.

I have used Larry and his crew at N-Hance twice now to completely refinish all the hardwood floors in my 1958 ranch home. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, quality of work, and value. My floors look brand new! This company has my highest recommendation.

We had N-Hance work on refacing our kitchen cabinets as well as our half bath cabinets. We also added some custom work- crown molding and a wine cabinet. Their process of painting and finishing the cabinets looks and feels amazing. Never being through a renovation process before I wasnt sure how the process would go but they gave me their direct numbers and I was able to call and verify information as the project went along. One of our cabinets was damaged and they weren't able to repair it onsite and ended up needing a whole new corner drawer system to fit back into it. The piece was backordered so I did have to wait about 4 weeks to have everything completely done but because of how the market is with materials it was out of their control. They came 2 days before Christmas and completed the job in just a few hours! The guys working each day were respectful of our house as we had 2-3 other projects going on at the same time. This was a great company to work with and for what we got is far and beyond better and more economical than the work we would have received from a big box company. They were about 1/3 of the cost from other places i looked at but I definitely did not sacrifice quality work! I even got some extras that I wouldn't have gotten other places. Before this job was done I was already asking for a quote on other jobs! Will definitely use them again!

I wanted my kitchen cabinets refaced without changing my countertop. Larry suggested new wood doors painted to match. The paint match was nothing short of "perfect". The installation by Fernando is a work of art. I am so pleased that I am having N-Hance do additional work.

We refinished our cabinets, keeping the boxes and replaced the doors and hardware. We went from a dated birch color to white. The team was very easy to work with from choosing the look we wanted to the installation. Larry helped guide us in making decisions on style and details based on his past experience. He made some great suggestions such as adding crown molding and soft close drawers that have enhanced the look and functionality. The work team, led by Larry’s son, was professional and efficient. They were in and out in 4 business days. We have a whole new kitchen without the months of work and high cost! My only regret is not doing this sooner. I highly recommend N-Hance.

We are very happy with the work N Hance did for us! I was considering refinishing my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and someone mentioned that N Hance could do it for me cost effectively and they did! Every person that we spoke with was very nice & helpful but I was most impressed by the work they did! They literally sealed my entire kitchen area off with a pipe out the window before sanding and when they were finished the areas they worked in looked great and was very clean for the work they did. Not as expensive as replacing and Cost me more than doing it myself but the quality of work and the time I saved was more than worth it to me and I recommend them to anyone considering replacing or refinishing.

Team arrived right on time. They explained in detail what they would do and how they would do it. We discussed periodic status calls. We checked into a nearby hotel expecting to stay the night. By 7:00 we received a call telling us that the work was just about complete and if we wished we could return home by 8:30. When we returned home we were amazed at the floors transformation. It looked as though a new hard wood floor had been installed. Very impressive! Hard to believe so much was accomplished in less than 12 hours! It was a great pleasure working with N-Hance for our kitchen refinishing project. Having been burned in the past many times with poor contractors, I was very careful in this process in doing my due diligence in finding the right company to do the work. I had 4 different companies come to my home to give me quotes for the project. Larry from N-Hance came and was hands down the most professional, prepared, and competent of all the companies. He shared the entire process to me and really educated me about each phase of the process and product that his company delivers. When all the quotes came in, though their quote was a bit higher than the others I received, it wasn't fair to compare because what N-Hance was offering in terms of product and service was far beyond the other companies. I decided to use them and it was the best decision I could have made. Once the decision was made, I was given all the time lines and what I could expect at each phase of the process. They followed their established timeline exactly, and each morning, I received a phone call reminding me of what to expect on that particular day. This was extra communication verifying what had already been shared. Their teams came and were extremely professional, cared about the quality of their work, and treated my premises respectfully every step in the process. They explained the work that were doing and asked many times if I had any questions. From beginning to end, they were top notch! As I said, I have been burned by many contractors in the past, but I will be using this company in the future and I highly recommend them for your home projects!

My 19 year old maple kitchen cabinets needed a face lift, so I had them painted white. Also had the kitchen island painted in gray. I couldn't be more pleased with N-Hance. Authentic people

Larry was great to work with. His crew replaced wood damaged by a water leak and stained the new wood to match the old. We did not have the stain color of the old wood, so it was not an easy task to match it. They got it close enough that you have to look very close to notice the difference. It is in a small area in a half bath. It saved having to re-stain the entire floor. Then they buffed and applied their satin finish coat over the entire floor. It looks great. Being able to move things back immediately after they were finished was so nice. I am now looking to have Larry replace the cabinet doors in my kitchen and paint the cabinets. N-Hance refinished 900 square feet of wood flooring in our home. They completed the job professionally and quickly. It is an extra bonus that the technique they use allows you to move your furniture back right after completion and the fumes are minimal. We were extremely pleased with the results of our cabinet remodel as well as the way all the steps in the process were handled by Larry and his sons Kyle and Matt. Larry gave excellent suggestions as to colors, door choice, hardware, etc., as I did not have a definite plan going into the job. We were hoping to have the work completed in time for a high school graduation party we were hosting, and although their schedule was booked well past that date, Larry rearranged jobs to fit us in a week before the party. Kyle and Matt and staff were courteous, considerate, prompt, efficient, and highly skilled and knowledgeable about the entire process. Our kitchen looks new and modern at a fraction of the cost we would have paid to replace the cabinets entirely. I highly recommend their services, and we look forward to having them return to do some additional wood refinishing in other areas in the future.

I am extremely pleased with the work that was done to my kitchen by N-Hance. Larry Pollock did a wonderful job in helping me plan what would look best with my existing older oak cabinets. He made several visits to make sure I would be getting what would please me and go over all the pros and cons with my selections. He never rushed me and made me feel like I was an important customer even though my kitchen was probably a smaller job for his company. Larry’s son Kyle did an absolute fabulous job in prepping the cabinets and painting them. He was meticulous with all the details involved before the actual painting. He never seemed rushed in trying to get the job done and worked as long as he needed to make sure his work satisfied him also. He went above and beyond in making sure I was pleased and answered all my questions. The cost of the job was extremely reasonable and affordable when compared to other options of refinishing the cabinets. To say the least, I would rate Larry and his sons with a 5 plus and hope to have them back to do other work in the future.

I had 4 solid core six-panel doors sanded, primed, painted and clear coated. Matt picked up the doors on Monday and returned them on Tuesday. The finished product was exactly as promised. Pretty hard to beat!

It was a pleasure working with this family-owned company. From the initial estimate to the finished product, everything was easy. Communication was stellar. Larry retuned each enquiry promptly. That was impressive to start. We had a second estimate, but decided to go with N-Hance. Larry Pollock understood exactly what we wanted in redoing our 20 year old cabinets. He answered every question immediately, the project starting exactly when he said they would. The workers were friendly, conscientious, and efficient. They came early, left late, and cleaned up every time. We have have utterly no complaints. Our kitchen looks brand new. Our experience with N-Hance was much better than I hoped. I’m very pleased with the new finish on my floors. My only negative is that I wasn’t told that I should remove the quarter round trim for ideal results. Matt and team set up plastic protection, were neat, and provided great communication.

N-Hance of Columbus did a phenomenal job refacing our builder's grade, mismatched, honey-oak cabinets. We've known since buying our condo that we wanted to reface the cabinets, so we got quotes from multiple companies. N-Hance's quote was about half the cost of others, but we definitely do not feel like their work was less than exceptional. The process was relatively quick and clean given how much the look of our kitchen has improved. The crew was also a pleasure to work with and were very knowledgeable, I knew we were in good hands. I would absolutely hire them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to update the look of their kitchen!
