Project Manager
Project Manager responsibilities include:
Providing options and pricing for prospects interested in our services.
Setting realistic expectations and managing the “customer experience”.
Scheduling and helping team members with on-going projects.
The Preliminary Qualification are:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Good Driving record & Valid Driver License
Must be able to pass a Drug and Background test
Must be able to demonstrate good Customer Service & Time Management skills
Employee must have an aptitude for Construction & Building projects, including the ability to cut & measure accurately. Must be able to to manage teams of 2-3 technicians
Our work week is Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and is a Salary plus Bonus on work the team completes each month.
Lead Technician
Lead Technician responsibilities include:
Reviewing the scope of work with the customer prior to starting a project.
Performing the in-house work for a customer project.
Monitoring the job progress and quality control.
Managing the project team and work flow.
Meeting all project requirements including timeline.
The Preliminary Qualification are:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Good Driving record & Valid Driver License
Must be able to pass a Drug and Background test

Technician Assistant responsibilities include:
This is a training position that allows an individual with no experience to learn the skills needed to perform the services offered by our company.
