Where is the ten star option? I feel like five stars doesnt adequately convey the greatness that is N-Hance. I've read lots of reviews and can only echo all the positive things folks have said about Davis, Brady and Peter. They were just amazing every step of the way. I appreciated that they were always on time, cleaned up each day, and communicated with me throughout the process. Now, let's talk about the cabinets. Well, just look at them. Beautiful, right ?!? It's just a testament to the quality work that you get from N-Hance. My kitchen cabinets exceeded all my expectations and I'm so over-the-moon happy that I decided to go with N-Hance for this project.

These guys made our house a home! A new build can be very sterile and lack storage. We needed niches to put our personal touches. Davis and Big Mike ( and his team) were easy to work and communicate with from design to implementation! We built a custom designed pantry, expanded storage spaces, TV Entertainment area and a creative mud room drop zone. N’Hance was able to provide all the storage and display areas we needed to make our house a home.

We really enjoyed using this company. From the beginning of picking out hardware and discussing doors and colors til the completion of the job, the team communicated well and were efficient. The men who came to do the job were very friendly and clean. They noticed and fixed imperfections or issues before we could even point them out. They left no mess, Which was a blessing. We are truly in love with our new cabinets. Me and my husband are so glad that we finally decided to upgrade our old, painted over oak cabinets. It totally freshened up our kitchen and dining room buffet area. I would definitely use them again if we ever bought a house that needed an upgraded kitchen. It gives us peace of mind, knowing that they have a one year warranty If there are any issues In the future.

Nhance was flexible with our schedule. They provided sample boards of the colors I was considering so I could see the colors in our galley kitchen before committing. The technicians were friendly, kind, and helpful. Their service was excellent. We love our “new” cabinets!

The entire process was an exceptional experience. Starting with the in-home visits from Davis to the actual frame painting and reassembly by Bill and Zack, nothing was taken for granted. Davis was personable and factual. I felt well informed and confident of the work N-Hance was about to do, and their communication was excellent. Once the drawer fronts and cabinet doors were refinished, Zack and Bill showed up to paint the cabinet sides and frames. They covered everything to protect appliances and countertops which wasn't really necessary becsuse they were the neatest painters I've ever seen. Zack and Bill were curteous professionals, respectful of the space they worked in, and prospectively thoughtful of our needs and routines. On day two, they brought the refinished doors and drawer fronts in to reinstall. Their teamwork got the job done in a few hours which included minor paint touch-ups and thorough clean-up. N-Hance did a wonderful job on our kitchen cabinets. Our cabinet boxes were fine but we wanted to update the cabinet doors to shaker style doors. Zach and Billy did the install, they were in and out of the house within 2 days (1 day ahead of schedule), they did great work with the install while also keeping our kitchen clean so we could continue to use it and protected our appliances. The cabinets turned out great and we feel like we have a brand new kitchen for much less than what it would normally cost!

We are so happy to have found N-Hance! We were looking for a reputable company to install pull out drawers in our kitchen and master bathroom lower cabinets. After our initial call, Davis scheduled an appointment to meet with us within a couple of days. He discussed our needs and provided a reasonable estimate within 24 hours. Mike came out the following week to measure and scheduled the work within a reasonable time. The installers completed the work within one day which consisted of 17 large pull outs. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They covered the hard wood floors and cleaned up nicely. We absolutely love our new drawers! As senior citizens, we really appreciate being able to find what we need easily from the back of our cabinets with no bending, kneeling or stooping. Plus it doubled our storage space. The drawers are made of quality wood, nicely finished and include a soft stop feature. All for about 1/3 of the price quoted by a major pull out drawer company. N-Hance not only met our needs, they exceeded them. We highly recommend them!

This week I had new doors and hardware installed on my existing cabinets (kitchen and two bathrooms). I am very pleased with the finished product. The salesman and installers were all very professional. The installers promptly showed up and went to work. At the end of the day (and also when they completed the job) they cleaned the work area. Shortly after they finished the salesman stopped by to inspect the job and to see if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called Nhance , we needed a kitchen make over . I had looked at there before and after pictures of kitchens they had redone. I could not believe the difference in appearance once they had completed the process. In three days they had totally redone our kitchen and it is beautiful. Nhance was wonderful! Our project was fairly large and they worked very quickly and even finished a full day early! Very professional, punctual and they always kept things clean for us at the end of each day. The end result was exactly what we were hoping for and we are so happy!

As a rule I generally don't do reviews...not my thing. This will be brief, but my recent experience with the "makeover" by N-Hance of the cabinets in my dining room has compelled me to comment. The initial and follow-up consultations with Dean were smooth and informative and made it easy to determine a plan of action. Dean also remained involved and available during the entire work process. The work crew, Cory and Alan, showed up when expected and began working quickly and effectively. They were friendly and easy to talk to, and took the necessary measures to protect surrounding areas while working as well as doing a full cleanup each day before leaving. The end product is truly superior. It is a true factory finished look. The two gentlemen(Cory and Larry) assigned to my job were perfectionists and the ultimate professionals. They were clean, organized and arrived on time everyday. They did not take short cuts. The job was completed to perfection. My sister is an interior designer and she was very impressed. These guys are awesome! I wanted to update my kitchen cabinet doors and the boxes I have are fine, so just needed doors. I first called a company I had used in the past, but they would only do all new complete cabinets (which would have cost me a small fortune). I did a search and found N-Hance, gave them a call and they came out within a week to give me a quote and explain their process. I went with them and they replaced all my cabinet doors with shaker style doors that match my boxes perfectly. They were in and out in only 3 days, removing all the old doors and installing the new ones with easy close hinges and new knobs. Now I'm going to get them to come back and put in sliding shelves and easy close drawers! I definitely recommend them because they do top quality work in a timely manner and at a fair and reasonable price! 5/5/2025 Addition: Well, they've done it again! N-Hance did such a great job on my kitchen cabinet doors that I had them come back. They built me a custom 3 cabinet extension that looks EXACTLY like the cabinets I already had, so I had them come back to make custom pull out drawers/shelves for easier access storage. They also replaced my old drawers with easy-close drawers, and they are beautiful. I also had them make custom pull out storage drawers for the cabinet/seat in our master bath. They had everything installed and completed in a matter of hours. Everything N-Hance has done for us has been fantastic and has made access to storage much easier. They do meticulous and high quality work, are easy and pleasant to work with, and the business is A-1. I recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful quality custom work done!

N Hance is your go-to place when your kitchen needs a refresh. We just completed our project and absolutely love the results. We changed out the cabinet doors, had our cabinets painted, added a cabinet, added soffits to the ceiling, and had lower drawers and soft close added. They look brand new. Ben, Mike, Cameron and his crew worked to ensure we were completely satisfied, made recommendations when we needed another opinion and were all around great people to work with. N-Hance was professional from the first phone call with them. Davis came out and walked us slowly and clearly through all the options available to us. We were replacing our original kitchen cabinets, 28 years old, frequently repainted over the years. We made our choices from the many available and agreed on the installation date which was kept to the letter. The staff finished the job in two days with a minimum of disruption and looks great. Price was reasonable. What more can you ask?

We worked with NHance to change the color of our kitchen, add upper cabinets, new faces on previously flat drawers, and to have custom panels made for the appliances. They did an incredible job and were very easy to work with.

They also worked with us to create a custom cabinet that had space for our plant and cookbook. It’s a night and day difference from before (old 50’s house cabinets) to the new shaker style cabinet doors and drawers that are installed. Amazing how just changing the color of the cabinets made the kitchen brighter. Wonderful job on the cabinet doors. My only complaint is that the job took over a week and the original team was in and out 3 days, gone 1 day, back the next day, gone over the weekend and didn't finish until the 6th day. The kitchen was not usable for at least 2 days.

I've never done a kitchen upgrade - so was a bit daunted by the project and trying to find a company that I felt comfortable and confident with. N-Hance recently completed replacement of the kitchen cabinet doors in a condo we rent. We had been quoted more to paint the existing cheap cabinet doors, so it was a no Brainerd really. They were quick to turn up to review and provide an estimate. Arrived on time. Called ahead to confirm on their way. Both gentlemen were well presented, polite, knowledgeable, not pushy, and explained the service they could provide and when they could do it. Within a month we have like new cabinets (well the doors are all new) really feels like we have a new kitchen for a quarter the price. GREAT job all around.

We contacted N-Hance to expand our existing 2 seater island with a 6 foot extension which would include cabinets, drawers and shelves on both sides. They did an excellent job, even repainting the original island to match the new color that our sales rep helped us pick out. We could not be happier with the end result. We have plenty of storage space and a seating area for four. N-Hance adjusted the shelves for us and moved cabinet door knobs on one side down so they would be easier for us to open. The quality of their workmanship is phenomenal. We highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with NHance. They were very prompt and courteous. In addition to the final project being as expected they were very neat and efficient during the process.

From the preliminary meetings to get a quote and then measure, to the actual work done to the cabinets/drawers, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My home was built in 1994 and had pressed wood cabinetry with a laminate veneer. It did not hold up well and the finish was peeling off and bubbling. N Hance offered a way to keep the existing cabinet bases but replace the doors and drawer fronts with higher quality maple. Davis handled the estimate and options available. He didn't try to sell me what I didn't need and was low pressure in his approach. I felt confident in the company's products and workmanship. Fran and Tom did all the demo and installation. Their attention to detail and skill was evident in each of the processes. The pair kept in the 3 day timeline, which minimized the time the kitchen was in limbo (they also did both bathroom vanities). They also tweaked a few existing pieces instead of making me buy brand new everything. It was money well spent and I am very pleased at how great the final products look. I definitely would recommend them.

Other than the aesthetic appeal of the white shaker style fronts on all cabinets, the conversion of 3 standard base cabinets to drawer bases makes storage and access to cookware so much easier. If your cabinet boxes are in good condition, we highly recommend N-Hance as an alternative to gutting the entire kitchen. Upgrading our two baths is next on the to-do list. ?????

Kitchen update: Recommended to use N-Hance by a cabinet company who could not do what I was looking for. We just needed doors replaced rather than a full tear out. Very pleased with the easy quote process and the follow up prior to coming on site not only for final measuring but also for the actual work. Replaced cabinet doors, replaced drawers adding soft close upgrade. Added a larger pantry cabinet which was built in around the fridge. Existing cabinet boxes were painted. All the work was done with good attention to detail. Mike and Jeff worked throughout each day and in the end were able to finish 1 day earlier than planned. Any questions we had were handled well and they worked with us if there were any challenges along the way. Painting the old cabinet boxes worked out well considering their age. Very pleased so far. Do need to be aware that drawers with soft close hardware may be slightly shallower than a previous drawer.

Cory from the Columbia, SC location did a beautiful job in redoing our kitchen. He was here for several days & left our home spotless when he left every day. We hired N-Hance to paint our kitchen cabinets and install new doors and drawer faces. We were originally just looking for them to be repainted, but the quote for whole new doors wasn't all that much more than the quote for repainting. The work itself took 3 days and we had access to the stove and fridge in the evening. David and Jacob did a great job and our kitchen looks and feels so much better now. If you are looking to get your cabinets refaced, definitely reach out to N-Hance for a quote. We have new doors and freshly painted cabinet faces at about half the price we were quoted by a big box store for their cabinet refacing.

David and Jacob refinished our existing cabinets and replaced our cabinet doors and all the draws. The work was completed quickly and on time in three consecutive days. The quality is excellent and the painted and sealed finish is very hard and easily cleaned. There has been one minor door adjustment since they left and they attended to it immediately! Very pleased with the results of our kitchen cabinet renovation. Wow, I went from wooden cabinets to Dover white on top and oak creek on the bottom. Gorgeous! What a pop of color for our kitchen. Obtained company name off internet and called regarding installation of hardware handles in kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I wanted an experienced technician as placement and leveling is extremely important, especially since the handles are very long and even a slight inaccuracy would be very noticeable. Company said they typically do not perform just installation work, however agreed to work with me. I was elated as I had been calling other cabinet places and no one else would even consider it. Even the company who originally installed the cabinets since I did not buy the hardware from them. Nhance gave me a reasonable rate, came out within the week and did a fantastic job. The two technicians were very personable and helpful w/moving items from working area. I definitely recommend them. I believe based on the work they did they would do well on any type job.

I have a large 25 year old kitchen. I initially contacted N-Hance to get a free quote to repaint the cabinets. Brett was able to give me the quote to repaint existing cabinets and, at the same time, when I asked, he also gave me a quote to replace the cabinet doors and drawer fronts. The cost to replace with new look fronts was not that much more than just painting to old cabinets. Brett was great to work with and no sales pressure at all! I decided to go with the whole new look fronts! Brett and the team arrived on the scheduled date. The friendly uniformed workers arrived on time each day. They kept to the original start and end dates, about 7 days for my large kitchen. They worked very clean with little or no dust considering the amount of sanding and painting they had to do. They also cleaned up each evening before they left. I was able to cook and use the kitchen each night. I had to provide the new handles/knobs myself but installation was included in the original price. I also upgraded my 25 year old cabinets to the "soft close" hinges for a very reasonable charge. As the job was coming to the end, Brett and crew fine tuned every single detail to perfection! It absolutely looks like a brand new kitchen. After the original down payment to start the job, final payment was never mentioned until they were totally complete to my total satisfaction. I would highly recommend N-Hance for any kitchen (or bath!) project! 5 STARS!!!!!!!!

We called in January 2022 to inquire about a TV ad we saw to upgrade a kitchen. Dean was our first contact, pleasant and soft spoken, knowledgeable and forthcoming giving us a timeline of events to complete the project and detailed what. when and how it would be done. Dean initially measured our cabinets and we made our selections of color and style of replacement cabinets and drawers. Dean stayed in touch and returned to measure and remeasure to ensure accuracy of fit. Our next contact was when we received a call from David and Tom stating that they would be out Monday to commence work. Prior to coming out they called first to ensure we were ready for them to begin work. David and Tom arrived on our week to do the job and they worked from the time they arrived around 8:30 until the end of the day around 4:30 to 5 removing cabinets, drawers, sanding and taping then painting and repainting to ensure quality match. Daily they would call first and at the end of the day they would clean up and sweep out and would leave the job sit looking good, no mess, no dust and debris. As we know there are handymen, there are carpenters and then there are Craftsmen who take pride in their workmanship and finished product who measure twice and cut once. David and Tom went out of their way many times to totally transform a 60 year old job site constructed kitchen on a country ranch home into a beautiful showcase that we are totally pleased with and this was all done at less than one-half the price quoted to us by Sears. Every aspect of my kitchen remodel (from painting my cabinets, removing an old wall oven and microwave and adding a pantry) was completed smoothly, on time and exactly as I asked. Ben (project manager) was there several times, even tho he had several projects going on at the same time. But Alex and Mike (and another Mike) didn’t need too much supervision. They were on time everyday, went straight to work, were very courteous and pleasant throughout the days and left everything meticulously clean every evening. And my kitchen is everything I asked for and then some. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again when I have another project!!!

My wife and myself are extremely pleased with the finished product. David and Jeff showed up at 8:30 on a Monday morning to start work and completed our large kitchen early Thursday afternoon. The were very professional and took great care in their work. David kept me updated about everything that was going to happen and what to expect for the next day. We are extremely happy with the work they did painting our built in bookcase. They replaced the old, dated doors and drawers with soft close and painted everything from a maple to white. They removed the center stiles from the cabinet and enlarged the replacement doors to meet in the middle which provides wider access under the bookcase. Our bookcase was transformed from the early 1980’s to present day. The change from dark and dreary to bright and cheerful has brought so much light into the room. Ben was very responsive to my emails and all of my concerns. David and Jeff were here when they said they would be and did an excellent job. I have referred them to others and will definitely use them again.

We did a complete remodel of our kitchen, and when it came time to decide whether to replace or paint our cabinets, we chose to paint them. My wife found N-Hance Charleston and they quoted us a price, which we accepted. Dean and his crew were here on a Monday and then a Friday and did everything from A to Z to make the cabinets look like they were factory painted. They installed new hardware and the soft pads on the doors and drawers, and left zero mess behind. We have found a few small spots that need a touch up and Dean has been very responsive in setting up a time to stop in and take care of it. At some point we're going to do our bathroom vanities and we'll use them again. Outstanding value. Very professional.

I purchased a home on James Island that was mostly renovated with the exception of the kitchen, which had its original 1963 oak cabinets. Two months later, I am beyond happy with N-Hance Wood Refinishing. What an easy way to update a kitchen with good "bones" but needing a bit of a facelift. The price was competitive and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

Painted our kitchen cabinets and replaced doors and all drawers. Very good and professional work. Wish they had warned us about potential clearance issues with drawers and hardware, but it wasn't a huge deal. Just something a homeowner might not think of and the pros should! But we're very happy with the end result.

Ben and his crew updated our kitchen cabinet hinges and customized some of the cabinets to improve functionality. They did exactly what was discussed, completed the project in a day and we are thrilled with the results. Ben and his crew could not have been nicer to work with.

Repainted our kitchen cabinets and did an excellent job.

My wife and I received quotes from several different companies to paint and replace our cabinets in the kitchen. We met with Dean and from the start he was very professional and honest. He wasn't overly pushy and really helped us imagine the different options and what would look good. Once the cabinets were ordered, the team showed up right when they said they would each morning. They were able to perform the work in 2 days when 3 was originally predicted. I highly recommend them for your next kitchen update!

We decided to change the color of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets from a dark walnut to a custom white finish. Our cabinets were solid wood throughout so we wanted to be certain any refinishing would retain the quality of the existing cabinets. We received quotes from 3 contractors specializing in this type of work and finally selected N-Hance. I’ll begin by saying they were not the lowest bid we received, but they were certainly the most professional and through in explaining their process and warranty. We feel we made the right choice. The cabinets look as if they came from a high end cabinet manufacturer. The finish was flawless and their attention to detail over the top. They removed anything that they could, doors, drawers etc. and took them to their shop so the time spent on site was minimal and not at all disruptive. They were in and out in less than a week. I have to give them 5 stars and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone who is considering having this type of work done.

Remodeled kitchen cabinets, added drawers, sanded and painted surrounds, replaced old wooden doors with new wooden doors, replaced drawers-and made all necessary repairs. ( self closing drawers and doors, hidden hinges) Gave us a beautiful new updated kitchen. Very professional, top quality work!

Wonderful experience! Prior to meeting with Dean I’ve had quote from elsewhere for kitchen repainting and meeting with Dean made me go with this company immediately. He took his time to explain every little thing about the process and was very upfront about all associated costs and timeline (oh and his price was cheaper too which is nice) We’ve had a bit of wait for kitchen work to be done but it was absolutely worth it! We changed the color from dark brown to white and it looks like entirely brand new kitchen! I will have to say, our experience from meeting Dean at the Charleston home show to Ben and crew sweeping up the floor upon their completion was extraordinary. We scheduled an appointment with Dean and he actually came to our house twice to discuss our wants and needs. The quote was very reasonable for the refacing of our kitchen cabinets. Ben and crew showed up every morning on time and actually finished the job in less time than anticipated. Everyday they cleaned up the work area and were very careful to not make a giant mess. They sanded and repainted the cabinet boxes, installed new doors and facings on all the drawers, and even redesigned one of the cabinet boxes and added large drawers for pots and pans. It was a pleasure to work with N-Hance Charleston from the start to finish of our kitchen cabinet update. The crew transformed our old cabinets into beautiful, modern cabinets. We got new doors, drawers, and end panels. Trim molding was also added at the top and bottom of the cabinets. Two lower cupboards were modified into 4 large, deep drawers. All the drawers and doors now are soft-closing. No more slamming. N-Hance custom built a small kitchen island for us that fits the kitchen much better. The island has tall, deep drawers that open at each end where we can conveniently store large baking sheets, pizza pans, cutting boards, etc. at one end and a trash bin on the other. It is compact yet very efficient. Ben Heckman, the Project Manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of our project, from choosing colors to designing the remake of the cabinets. We were able to gain so much more cabinet space with the efficient design of their drawers. We were amazed! N-Hance was easy to work with: they showed up when they said they would, they finished earlier than they thought they would, and they always left a clean, neat work space. We thought their price was reasonable and definitely thought we got good value for our money. We enthusiastically recommend N-Hance Charleston to anyone planning a kitchen update.

My experience with N-hance exceeded expectations. I had 35 year old stained wood cabinets and wanted to go with a much lighter and brighter finish. Ben and his team refinished the existing cabinet base, added new doors and drawers with everything painted white. They showed up when they said they would and did even more than expected. We used N-hance to refinish our kitchen cabinets. We purchased new cabinet doors through them and they painted the existing boxes. We initially had this work done about three years ago. There were a few issues with the paint on the new cabinet doors peeling due to moisture in the wood. We contacted them recently about the issues and after a short home visit they agreed to fix the issues. They went above and beyond in fixing the problem - they refinished the doors and repainted the boxes. It looks fantastic. They are easy to communicate with, very efficient, meticulous in taping and draping to keep your house clean and cleaning up everything nicely afterwards. I love the easy-to-clean surface that N-hance produces. Having painted our cabinets ourselves previously, this is a much superior option.
