Our Team
N-Hance of Redding & Chico has been a family-owned and operated business since 2004. The owner, Rick, his wife Lynn, and son Eric work together to run the day-to-day operations. Rick bought into the N-Hance franchise because he loved the idea of giving people the opportunity to update and refresh their kitchen cabinets at a cost that makes sense. He loves what he does and is constantly impressed by the transformations he sees using the N-Hance process. While each franchise is independently owned and operated, N-Hance of Redding & Chico has won several awards throughout the years: Franchise of the Year, Perpetual Excellence Aware and the Ambassador Award. We serve the Redding and Chico areas, including Paradise, Oroville, Corning and Anderson, CA.
When Lynn and Rick aren’t busy running their business, they enjoy spending time together outside. One of their favorite things to do is getting away from the hustle and bustle of California and taking their RV to their favorite lake as often as they can. While at the lake, Rick enjoys fly fishing and kayaking with his wife. Fortunately, living in the North State gives him many opportunities to do so. Lynn also enjoys quilting and loves making them for close friends and her family. Together, they have 8 beautiful grandchildren that they adore spending time with.
