Technician Joe took the time to understand our concerns with the old and deteriorating finish on our cabinet doors and drawers. He offered two low-cost solutions. He returned in a week and reinstalled the doors and drawers with new luster and finish. We are very pleased with the result.

We were very impressed with Joe when we met him to go over our kitchen remodel. They were able to schedule us in quickly after we were ready to proceed. The guys that came and did the work (Jake and Chris) were extremely friendly and had the job done in four days We absolutely love our cabinets It makes our kitchen look so much bigger and brighter. We only wish that the clean up process was a little better. They swept the floor but seemed to miss wiping down the the counters and inside cabinets. I was a little disappointed that Joe didn’t do a follow up phone call to see how we felt about the service.

Wow!! What a transformation.. I am so happy with the results of my kitchen remodel.. wish I would have done this sooner.. Joe and the crew of Jake and Chris were so professional every step of the way.. They answered all my questions promptly . I wanted to change the color of my cabinets and called them after a referral from a friend who had theirs done 2 yrs ago with great results.. I was not sure I wanted to keep the design of doors/drawers. After reviewing everything with Joe it made sense to customize them and get new ones that fit my taste… as you can see it was a very cost effective and a great decision.. i love how they turned out! I did get another estimate from another company and N-Hance was much better, quicker to schedule and they customize paint and use a spay procedure with great results!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.. I highly recommend them?

My wife and I are pleased to select NHance to upgrade and refinish our kitchen. They completed the work in perfect timing and left the place in perfect condition. The team was fantastic and had sealed off the entire kitchen area, including sealing all the cabinets before sanding, undercoating and spray painting the wood. All doors and cabinets were replaced with new & excellent ones. FANTASTIC WORK!!!

We are very pleased with the remodeled kitchen cabinets and highly recommend N-Hance Buffalo. Joe made the first visit and we were sold on the project, the unique painting process and the time frame of a week was a definite perk. Tyler and Chris did prep and painting. Bob, a talented carpenter, did doors and the whole pantry unit. A formica counter top was installed that matched well with our unavailable granite counters. We had our kitchen cabinet doors and drawers replaced, choosing door design, and clear stain to show wood grain. We provided the handles and chose the cabinet exterior paint to coordinate with the cabinets and our kitchen walls. As promised the job was completed in a week and done exceptionally well. The staff were very professional and friendly. We identified some minor details which were taken care of over the following few weeks. N-Hance Buffalo does quality work for a reasonable price.

This is my second time using N-Hance. This time, I had them turn all of my dark interior doors and oak office cabinets to white. They did a great job from start to finish. Joe was very responsive and the guys that did the install were very courteous. They went above and beyond. My doors look beautiful and brand new. It has completely brightened up my home. I would definitely recommend N-Hance. It’s less expensive than replacing cabinets and doors and looks just as nice.

I couldn't figure out what to do with our kitchen, and didn't want to spend a fortune on a remodel. called N-Hance and I am so glad I did! They were professional, reasonably priced but the quality of work was unreal! instead of redoing a full kitchen, they turned my 15 year old kitchen into barely recognizable in the best of ways! I love my new kitchen! The refinishing job I had done really updated and refreshed my kitchen! I got all new door and drawer fronts and drawer boxes which are maple not particle board. The slow close hinges and drawer slides are so nice to have now! Tyler and Chris were great to deal with! They were meticulous with making sure everything was taped off with plastic so when they sprayed the paint on the cabinet sides there was no over spray onto my countertop, walls, flooring or ceiling. They take great pride in their work, were very courteous and took the time to answer any of my questions. Bob, the carpenter, was amazing and was able to make a new facade for around my new oven which was smaller than the old oven. He also custom made a spice drawer which I absolutely love, now I can see all my spices at a glance when I pull the drawer out! The pricing that Joe offered was about a third of the pricing of having to redo the entire kitchen. I'm thrilled with my new kitchen! Thanks guys!

I had several estimates done for kitchen cabinet refacing and decided to use N-hance because Joe was straight forward, pleasant and answered all my questions, even came out to my home several times to go over additional ideas, etc. I am so pleased with how my kitchen turned out. The team/workers, Patrick, Tyler (I believe I got the names right), were very respectful while in my home and they take pride in their work. I would recommend Joe and his company to anyone.

At the beginning of October, N-Hance of Buffalo performed their magic on my kitchen cabinets. We stayed with white cabinets and N-Hance took us from our aged MDF doors to painted wood doors/drawer fronts. Joe (franchise owner) and his crew of Bob, Jake, and Chris were wonderful. They took special care when prepping my kitchen for the project. I have a large kitchen, and they completed the job in 5 days as promised. My cabinets and doors look amazing! Joe was very helpful and patient with me as I searched for a door style that was very similar to what I had prior. N-Hance has been great taking care of minor touch ups and tweaking following the project’s completion. I researched many refacing companies before deciding on the N-Hance method. I’m happy with my decision to use them and their process. I like that they paint both the doors and cabinet boxes with a UV process of sealing the paint. Some companies put laminate on the boxes, which I did not want. They were also very competitively priced. I look forward to many years of enjoying my cabinets! I recommend N-Hance of Buffalo highly.

N-Hance did a beautiful job restoring my cabinets. They were done in 5 days as promised and Jake and Chris were always on time, polite and cleaned up before they left each day. I couldn’t ask for anything more. It was a great experience and my kitchen looks brand new!

We met Joe from N-hance cabinet refinishing of Buffalo at the home show. When we reached out after a few weeks, Joe was very easy to communicate with via text and came to our home to see the size and layout of our kitchen as well as talk through options. We also got an estimate from another cabinet refinishing company but we found that while the other contractor was much less expensive and would also replace the counters with new quartz as well as install a new sink— they used vinyl wrap to wrap the existing cabinets in a new finish instead of painting them, and would order new cabinet doors with the same vinyl finish. They had only a specific set of finishes available and could not customize to the colors we had in mind. Had we planned on flipping a house, or moving out any time soon - we would have considered them because of how much less expensive they were. N-hance on the other hand color matched to any paint color, and had a durable, proprietary painted finish and I felt confident that the team at N-hance took the work seriously after talking to Joe. We chose to work with them because they had a process to get good results, experience, and were open to helping us replace/customize cabinets as well. We had them remove and replace 2 cabinets — one was a new custom cabinet with 18 inch double trash bins. They also replaced our pantry cabinet’s original organization system (from 1977). Additionally we had them wrap our kitchen island and pantry walls to give them a “shaker” style that matched the new shaker style cabinet doors, and make a new “squared off” set of shelves for the end of the upper cabinets to replace the rounded off shelves that were original to the kitchen. We worked with a different company on new quartz counters, and another contractor to install the backsplash and new flooring. The finished results speak for themselves. My wife says that she was not totally bought in on refinishing our cabinets vs replacing them but she has been made into a believer thanks to N-hance of Buffalo. Additionally she points out that because we had the N-hance team replace every drawer box in addition to all of the new soft close drawer rails and hinges, it feels like we got an all new kitchen. I would definitely recommend meeting with N-hance of Buffalo. I’ll just caution that in the end it was more expensive than I originally had in mind to spend but we are happy with the result, and I believe we asked for more things than many families might ask for. With replacement cabinets and organization systems. The job took them an entire week Mon-Friday, with their full crew of 2-3 people every day. We could not use the kitchen all week because they tented it off for their spray painting process, and they used our garage for about a day and a half to set up for the carpentry portion. Their team was pleasant to have in our home and I enjoyed getting to know them as well as Joe. Thanks N-hance of Buffalo!

Highly recommend. From the first interaction with Bob (owner) to the full execution of the project, it was a great experience start to finish. The crew was excellent...very experienced, friendly and accommodating. They were able to create a secure plastic enclosure around the kitchen that even had a door that worked well to keep most of the dust of of the house. They ventilated with a machine through the window. They use a spray process with added licensed features that produces an excellent finish. Bob was very responsive via text and provided great recommendations when he did our quote. We researched many companies and are very happy we chose N-Hance. They may be more expensive than regular paint companies, but the extra cost is totally worth it for the longevity and quality of the product. Still much less expensive then refacing or installing brand new cabinets.

It’s been a few weeks since NHance has been to our house. I wanted to live with the changes before I gave a review. We are very happy with everything- shaker doors, dovetail drawers, pantry drawers, soft close hinges! I was nervous about the matte paint, but the process they use leaves a smooth finish. Bob and Jake were great to work with - we will call them for future projects!

We are recovering from a fire in our home and with all the stress & hasty decisions made under the EXTREME duress, I made a major error in selecting the color of our base cabinets and elected (due to extenuating circumstances) and had to make a decision to have the base cabinets painted black. Bob was on vacation but after chatting with him he helped facilitate a quick redirection so we could fix the problem and get the cabinets back in place in time for our granite supplier to template. I can’t say enough about how Bob went the distance to facilitate our deadline. I’d give him a HUNDRED stars ?? if I could! Mr. Rogers used to say: “In times of struggle look for the Helpers”. N-Hance of Buffalo refinished my kitchen cabinets and all 3 of my bathroom vanities. They did an incredible job. It's definitely not "just paint". It's a very high quality process of prepping, priming, and applying the factory grade color finish. They filled all holes, repaired scratches, and installed all new hardware as well. I'm thrilled with the result. My 1990s honey oak cabinets look brand new. People think I replaced everything. The best part is it only took 5 days! Hardest part was choosing the colors, but N-Hance can mix any Sherwin Williams or Behr color, which is awesome. Bob and his crew were very professional, friendly, and on time. This was one of the best remodeling experiences we’ve ever had! Bob (owner) was professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable, providing us with a clear idea of the process, timeline and expected results. He was even able to schedule the refurbishing of our kitchen cabinets on our timeframe. When installation day arrived we were impressed at the attention to detail provided by the crew. They removed the cabinet doors and so thoroughly taped off and protected not only all surfaces in the kitchen but also isolated the kitchen to protect the rest of the house! While no renovation is easy, your life is interrupted from its daily routine, Bob and his crew went out of their way to minimize it as much as possible. And the friendly manner and evident pride in their work made it more than bearable. When the job was done it looked like we spent 5 times what we did for a totally new kitchen - but we didn’t. We didn’t replace cabinets at all. N-Hance refinished them and they look amazing! Bob and his team (Bob, Paul and Jake) did a fabulous job on my 47 year old kitchen cabinets. They refaced the cabinets with new doors and installed all new soft touch close drawers as wellas painted the original boxes for the cuboards. They started earlier than the original start date, worked full days and kept me apprised each step of the way. If I had a question that I thought of after Bob left and I texted him, he got back to me right away. He was very thorough when he came for the estimate. As someone who works in customer service, I really appreciate someone who returns calls promptly, has all their supplies with them, and came when they said they were going to come. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint.

Bob and his team did an excellent job updating our 1990’s oak kitchen to an updated modern white kitchen. Bob’s customer service is the best I’ve experienced. We had all our kitchen cabinet doors/drawers replaced. The soft close hinges and drawers are the best ever ever. We also had both upstairs bathroom doors and drawers replaced. The paint and finish on all doors and drawers is incredible. I’m still in “awe” with how amazing this project turned out. We also had detailing done on our existing kitchen island and most of our trim replaced. Bobs attention to detail took this whole project up a notch. I had maple cabinets that were in great shape, but the color was dated. I wanted an update, but a full rip and replace wasn’t necessary. I have seen other refinishing work and I wasn’t really impressed with the finish…color cabinets should have a smooth finish, no brush strokes, with an even application. I found NHance online and it was exactly what I was hoping for…the paint is sprayed, not brushed, and cured with a UV light so it’s literally baked onto the cabinet. It looks like they came that way! Working with Bob was great….he explained the process in detail, quoted my cost, the timeline to finish the job and the week it was to be done. He hit all 3 marks dead on! How many times can you say that working with contractors?! Also, his team was so nice to work with…Jacob was professional, careful, respectful and thorough. My finished product is better than any other cabinet refinish I’ve seen….and anyone that sees them says the same! It was an easy, quick way to completely update and transform my kitchen. I had an absolutely awesome experience with Bob and his crew from N-Hance!! They completely transformed my kitchen!! We used our existing cabinet boxes which they sanded and painted, they added new cabinet doors and soft close hinges, new drawers, and new custom cabinets were added as well. They also upgraded my plain island with beautiful trim work and re-configured it to work with a microwave drawer. They were meticulous about everything including cleaning up everyday. I am beyond impressed with the job N-Hance did, and to top it off they were great to work with and a pleasure to have in my home.

N-hance did an outstanding job through extremely challenging times. Scott and Chris sealed the kitchen off to keep the house from getting paint dust. Even through two obstacles, they did an amazing job. One odd door was missed measured and had to be reordered. At that point the factory was closed due to a covid outbreak. But Bob kept me informed and handled it himself. We are extremely happy with the job and would absolutely recommend their services. It is important to understand that they might not be the cheapest, but the job will be done right. We had another company quote at the same price, but they had no idea that the panels on the drawers could not be removed as they were factory made. This would have caused a massive delay and additional cost had we awarded them the business. Bob realized the drawer issue immediately and we had no additional costs after the job was started. Just the way you want the job to go.

WOW. My wife and I are BLOWN AWAY by the work that Bob and staff completed for us ! We had our kitchen and half bath cabinets refinished, from a cherry to a beautiful espresso brown, and the cabinets couldn't look better - they truly look like they were installed as new.... but they are 16 years old! Bob went above and beyond in the planning process, giving great advice and insights on color choices. We tested sample colors on scrap wood before we perfected the espresso choice (thank you Bob!). The crew in our home couldn't have been better- A++++. They were on time, respectful of our home and puppies, wore masks to interact with us, and most of all were ARTISANS with this technique! We had 2 rooms done - over 35 drawers and doors, a huge island, and refrigerator wrap (floor to ceiling) - the guys finished the entire job in 4 days!!! We were only without stove and microwave for 2 days....the guys were awesome and the cabinets tell that story!!! I had been following N-Hance on Facebook for some time before I finally decided to call for an estimate. We have original custom cabinets in our home that were very well made but weren’t very modern looking anymore. I was a little nervous about painting them because I’ve seen cabinets painted by others and you could tell they were painted or they didn’t hold up very well. When Bob came for our original estimate he assured us they would look like they came out of the factory with the color we picked. As I sit here and stare at them today they truly exceeded our expectations. The finish on them is amazing and the glazing work we wanted is perfect and much better than cabinets we had seen straight from the manufacturer. Bob was extremely responsive through the entire process and was great with showing us the difference options we had when I was having trouble visualizing it. He kept us updated the entire time with when the guys would be out and how things were going in the shop. We are extremely pleased with the work that Bob and his employees completed for us. We have never made big changes to a house before and it was a scary endeavor. However, Bob is extremely professional, up front, thorough, and always punctual. The work speaks for itself and ours was completed a day early. Bob is also very responsive to customer needs and made sure we were happy and got what we wanted. We did estimates with four different companies and we chose right with NHance.

Bob is very knowledgeable about what would look good in a kitchen and he really listens to what you want. He communicates and keeps everything moving in a timely manner. He is very professional and a nice person.

Bob and his team at nhance did a fantastic job on our kitchen. Everything went very smoothly. Bob was in constant contact every step of they way, we never had to guess when they were coming or how long they would be here. They showed up on time and finished right on schedule. They did everything they said they were going to do. The team was very courteous and we felt very comfortable having them in our home. The finish came out great, the color change was perfect. You can still see and feel the wood grain. If your cabinets are solid but just need a refinishing and/or a color change, we could not recommend Bob and his nhance team any higher. It really looks like a brand new kitchen. Great job.

Bob and his team just recently finished our kitchen cabinets in our new home. One word - "Wow!" We were a little nervous about painting cabinets that were already in very good condition but the color was just not what we wanted. Bob and his team are absolutely incredible. They take the time to really understand what you need and explain what they can accomplish, and are efficient, clean and thorough. When one of my cabinet doors fell off shortly after the project – something that was entirely due to the hinges and not In anyway to Bob – he still came out immediately and looked at it and even repaired it for me at no charge! The communication is also top-notch; I always got a response back extremely quickly, even when he was on vacation! I have had so many people praise the cabinets and cannot believe they were refinished. He took them from Maple to white and I could not be happier.

We had our cabinets done by Bob and his staff and we absolutely love the result. We had them done in an ultra white finish and They look like they have a factory finish! Bob explained the process from beginning to end, including use of the kitchen during the process and what to expect for mess wise. We had been following NHance on Facebook for awhile and made a point to visit their booth at the Home and Garden Show. Bob has a crew that did an excellent job. They were neat polite and knew what they were doing.The job was finished on time as Bob promised. We had a problem with the handles which were old and worn, and an odd size. We found new ones but the hole centers are different. They re positioned the handles and they look great. Thank you crew.

I purchased a house with really nice high end cabinets, unfortunately they just didn't match my taste. Bob and his NHAnce crew came to the rescue when demolition wasn't an option. They took my oak-ish colored cherry cabinets and made them bright white. My kitchen went from drab to fab!!! NHance also provided superior customer service from start to finish. Bob responded to all of my annoying nervous homeowner questions via text in a very timely manner. He even made a special trip to my house to pick up one of my cabinet doors and paint it in advance.... at my request. Also, the NHance crew respected my house and did a great job with clean up too!! 5 stars for these guys!!

Bob Degraff and his team did a phenomenal job on our kitchen cabinets. We recently purchased a new home with dated oak cabinets. We contemplated painting the cabinets ourselves, but decided it wasn't worth the risk of screwing them up. We called Bob for an estimate and he thoroughly went through the entire process and explained in detail what steps would be taken to get what we wanted. He gave us a wide variety of color options to choose from and we decided to do white on the main cabinets and grey flannel on the "beverage center" cabinets next to the fridge. He took the time and was very meticulous to make sure the natural oils of the oak did not seep through the ultra bright white paint. We had him add cabinet door pulls (new) and we reused our existing hinges. The end result turned out perfect and we are so happy with our new cabinets. The contrast in colors are better than we imagined. Thank you Bob and team for your professionalism and a job well done!
