N-Hance® Wood Floor Refinishing in Centennial

After constant use, hardwood floors will require maintenance and repair in order to keep them looking beautiful. With N-Hance of Denver & Centennial, you can find the perfect process to renew and refinish your hardwood floors! We will remove scratches, dirt and wear marks before applying a water-based finish. This finish will protect your wood, prevent yellowing over time and give you beautiful-looking floors that are sure to last! And with our ultraviolet light (UV) curing technology, your floors will be ready for use immediately after we’re finished. This is made possible by our proprietary Lightspeed Curing Process that creates an instant and hardened finish that is designed for maximum durability while keeping downtime and family disruption minimal.

Our hardwood floor refinishing & sanding process in the Centennial area works on many floors that other professional sanders will walk away from. This includes factory pre-finished floors, parquet floors, and most engineered flooring.

Benefits of N-Hance Wood Floor Refinishing

Any homeowner who has had their floors sanded and refinished will know how inconvenient traditional refinishing methods can be.

First, there’s the wood dust. Sanding floors creates a ton of this stuff, and even if it’s properly vacuumed up, it can easily get in nooks and crannies. Many homeowners end up finding wood dust months after having their floors refinished.

Second, there’s the matter of chemical fumes. Solvents that are used to strip away old layers of finish can release highly toxic fumes into the air inside your home. Then there’s the odor from the new layer of finish. Some homeowners have had to move their families into hotels while they waited for these odors and chemicals to dissipate.

Finally, there’s the wait. Traditional wood floor refinishing can take anywhere for 3 to 5 days for a typical project. During that time, your home’s in disarray. What’s more, if family members or pets are at home during the day, the work itself can make life miserable. Even after the workers are finished, it can take up to a full week for the new finish on your floors to cure.

With N-Hance, you don’t need to worry about any of these issues. Our wood floor refinishing process requires zero sanding, which means no wood dust. It also requires no solvents, and our finishes are water-based and have lower VOCs than typical refinishing products. This way, you don’t need to worry about toxic fumes or lingering odors in your home.

What’s more, we refinish floors with minimal downtime. Our Lightspeed® Nano curing system uses ultraviolet light to instantly cure your new finish, a process that would normally take days. In fact, a typical N-Hance refinishing project is completed in just one day! And because our process requires zero sanding, we can even restore the finish on non-sandable floors, such as cork or bamboo.

To top it all off, our wood floor refinishing services are highly affordable. We’re often able to refinish wood floors at a fraction of the cost of traditional refinishing.

N-Hance of Denver in Centennial refinishing services are ideal for floors with light levels of wear and surface damage. In cases where the finish has worn away or where the wood has suffered significant damage, we recommend our hardwood restoration services.

Our Hardwood Floor Repair Process

The photos below show a small extension we added by lacing it into the current floor. By lacing, you will not be able to tell that this was added once the floor is sanded again. We then sanded and finished the floors to match. They had us remove the old color and go with a 100% natural floor. It is finished with a seal coat, followed by 3 coats of finish. 100% cured when done so they are available for immediate use.
