In the project shown below, we seamlessly integrated a small extension into the existing hardwood floor using a lacing technique. This method ensures the addition blends perfectly with the original flooring, becoming virtually undetectable once sanded and finished.
After lacing, we sanded the entire floor and applied a new finish to create a cohesive look. At the client’s request, we removed the old stain and opted for a 100% natural wood finish. The process included a seal coat followed by three layers of durable finish, ensuring a flawless result. With our Lightspeed® curing technology, the floor was fully cured and ready for immediate use upon completion.
