Fast and detailed. Pleasant experience

This was a great process, great product, and great people. We had previously attempted to locate an N-Hance franchise which would service our area without success. This year the Greenville area franchise became available to us and we made an appointment with Tom to discuss the process and pricing. All of the details were explained and a plan was made. The team arrived exactly at the time and date agreed upon and the four day process unfolded perfectly. The crew were friendly, respectful, skillful and enjoyed working with each other. The color, pulls, and closures were exactly as we had imagined and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Our nice but dated oak kitchen cabinets truly were transformed into a modern contemporary look and feel. I would certainly recommend the process and the franchise to friends and family. S.G.

From bid to completion, N-Hance was professional, knowledgeable, and careful! We appreciated the various options provided, and decided to have them refinish our existing golden/honey oak cabinet doors/boxes and replace four doors. They also replaced a fold-down drawer under the sink (we never used it) with a false front. We had quite a bit of fading and some small nicks, and it all looks so much better now! We have been telling family and friends, and I hope they will bite the relatively small bullet (compared to what we feared the cost might be) to get their cabinets refinished with N-Hance. Thank you for the excellent work!

We had a fabulous experience with NHance starting with my first conversation with Janelle to meeting Phil and his team (Mike & Mason) to the finished product. Phil assessed our needs and made spot on recommendations. In addition to refurbishing the cabinets, he helped us coordinate getting our wood floors redone, selecting new granite and other details for the kitchen. NHance was on budget, finished on time, cleaned up every day and Phil and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our kitchen looks fantastic and exceeded our expectations! Outstanding experience and good value!

I had several estimates done for kitchen cabinet refacing and decided to use N-hance because Joe was straight forward, pleasant and answered all my questions, even came out to my home several times to go over additional ideas, etc. I am so pleased with how my kitchen turned out. The team/workers, Patrick, Tyler (I believe I got the names right), were very respectful while in my home and they take pride in their work. I would recommend Joe and his company to anyone.

Our kitchen was the last on our list of renovations since moving into our home almost a year ago. Our cabinets were in good condition and we liked the layout, just needed updating in our north facing kitchen. We saw N-Hance on line and after reading reviews, decided to contact them. We met with Kevin and Nancy (great people) and hired them for our kitchen. Although it’s a little challenging to empty the kitchen of all its stuff, and it feels like camping at times, we are very happy with the results. Our “new” white cabinets brighten up the kitchen and make everything look great. Kevin kept us advised throughout the process, they were prompt in showing up, and cleaned up every evening. Guess what? We finally got around to refinishing our oak kitchen cabinets after putting it off for over a decade! We received three bids, but Nhance stood out because of their quick response time, great reviews, and their confidence in completing the job. I had a lot of worries about the process. I imagined sanding dust everywhere, workers stomping through our house like elephants, and stain marks all over the place. But after their first day, my fears were completely gone. They showed up on time and spent the next three days masking off the kitchen. Yay! They took the fronts to the shop to refinish. The frame work was meticulously sanded and stained to perfection in the totally masked off kitchen. At one point, I saw a worker with a tiny art brush touching up. It was so impressive! Not a single one of my fears came true. In less than two weeks, our 35-year-old kitchen looked like new again. Thanks a bunch, Nhance!

These guys are awesome. Totally experienced and professional at all levels of the organization. Our kitchen is roughly 30x25 with custom cabinets throughout -- many curves, hanging fixtures, multiple small drawers (some even in the kickplates) and many just oddball sizes. They repaired/replaced a number of drawers that had deteriorated beyond simple refinish. They do everything they say they will, and take care to meet every schedule commitment. They are a pleasure to work with, and easily adjust to accommodate other crafts, when necessary. The outcome is beautiful and process from our part could not have been better.

Dan and Kerry are amazing! I love my new kitchen! I shared my vision and they made it happen. Other contractors told me things I wanted could not be done. But Dan and Kerry are so creative - they thought out of the box and gave me the white oak island that I want! Along the way, they were so helpful with color, structure and hardware suggestions. They take much pride in the final product - redoing even small flaws that I would have never noticed! My cabinets are stunning!! Dan & Kerry are professional, dependable, hard workers and talented. They made remodeling fun! Can’t wait to work with them on another project.

We had our cabinets painted with N-Hance. The quality of the work and the team of painters were really fantastic to work with and they were professional, skilled and very communicative. Ricky and David nailed it. We also had our crown molding replaced and David's carpentry was perfection. Overall we are very pleased with the update and recommend N-Hance.

Second time using N Hance. Had my light cabinets stained black about 7 years ago. Wanted an up grade, and brighten up my kitchen, had N-Hance Reface everything in white, they are beautiful!

NHance did a fabulous job of refinishing our cabinets. Bud is very thorough and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. But that’s a good thing! He made sure we were completely happy. And he promised to come back if there are any issues. But we aren’t expecting any issues. We are well pleased.

Nick and his crew were professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were done. A couple doors weren’t perfect and they replaced them. I definitely recommend them.

We recently had 2 projects completed with enhance. Our kitchen cabinets as well as our staircase were changed from a dark cherry color to white. While I was skeptical at first, both projects turned out very nice. The entire team that we worked with communicated well and did very nice work. When we had a concern, it was quickly resolved. We would recommend N Hance to anyone wanting to update their kitchen or stairs like we did.

We had a great experience. Jennifer did a nice job of explaining the best options and gave us a proposal on the spot. The technicians, Eddie and Gerard, were top notch. The kitchen turned out great and was finished on time, the staff were very friendly and helpful when I called with questions and the guys that did the job were very nice and did good work and cleaned up after themselves! We are happy with how it turned out!

The process went smoothly from beginning to end. The entire team was very professional and pleasant to work with. They delivered exactly what was promised in the original estimate. On the scheduled date, the team showed up promptly and got to work. Within hours they had taken the cabinet doors away, sealed off the kitchen and started painting. Three days later they came back to deliver and install our newly painted cabinet doors, drawers and hardware. The transformation was amazing and the cabinets look brand new. Dan and Kerry did an amazing job refinishing our cabinets. From the initial consultation and quote, they were very informative and suggestive with the process and potential colors we liked. A check in was done the week prior to our scheduled date and all proceeded smoothly thru prep, refinish and reinstall process. Dan and Kerry also installed soft close door hinges on all the cabinets they refinished along with numerous others in our kitchen. They both work great as a team being efficient and communicative to their customers. When we have another project, we won’t call anyone but Dan and Kerry! Thank you for the amazing job!

At the beginning of October, N-Hance of Buffalo performed their magic on my kitchen cabinets. We stayed with white cabinets and N-Hance took us from our aged MDF doors to painted wood doors/drawer fronts. Joe (franchise owner) and his crew of Bob, Jake, and Chris were wonderful. They took special care when prepping my kitchen for the project. I have a large kitchen, and they completed the job in 5 days as promised. My cabinets and doors look amazing! Joe was very helpful and patient with me as I searched for a door style that was very similar to what I had prior. N-Hance has been great taking care of minor touch ups and tweaking following the project’s completion. I researched many refacing companies before deciding on the N-Hance method. I’m happy with my decision to use them and their process. I like that they paint both the doors and cabinet boxes with a UV process of sealing the paint. Some companies put laminate on the boxes, which I did not want. They were also very competitively priced. I look forward to many years of enjoying my cabinets! I recommend N-Hance of Buffalo highly.
