ABOUT

N-Hance Wood Refinishing by Triad Wood Renewal

I’m proud to be part of Triad Wood Renewal, a locally owned and operated N-Hance Wood Refinishing franchise that’s been serving our community since 2014. Our story began with a handshake and a shared vision. My business partner, Rich Reid, and I each owned separate Chem-Dry carpet cleaning franchises. In 2010, we decided to merge our companies—not just to grow, but to build something better together. And it worked. That partnership laid the foundation for what would eventually become Triad Wood Renewal.

As we worked side by side with homeowners, we kept hearing the same thing—”Can you help with my cabinets?” “What about my wood floors?” We saw an opportunity to go beyond just cleaning. In 2014, we launched our N-Hance franchise to bring new life to wood surfaces across the Triad. We wanted to help our neighbors fall in love with their homes again—starting with their floors and cabinets.

Back then, N-Hance specialized in restoring the original beauty of hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets. But we quickly realized our customers wanted more—more color options, more design input, and more ways to completely transform their kitchens without the cost of full replacement. That challenge pushed us to grow.

It hasn’t always been easy. Some of the skills and systems we’ve developed took nearly a decade to master. But we’ve built an incredible team: skilled technicians, flooring experts, talented cabinet carpenters, and even an interior design crew that keeps up with the latest kitchen trends. Today, we offer everything from basic refinishing to cabinet refacing and even custom-built kitchen cabinetry.

We’ve evolved to meet the needs of the people we serve—and we’re still evolving. Every project we take on is a chance to help someone in our community create a home they truly love. This is more than just a business to us—it’s a relationship with the neighborhoods and families that trust us to make their homes better.
