- The Products: Our N-Hance Tint Base is a mix of Acrylics and Polyurethanes specifically blended for cabinetry. Colors are sprayed very lightly in 5-6 passes to avoid the thickness that produces cracking. Our Topcoats are specially formulated only for cabinetry and is sprayed over the color coats. It is cured by Ultraviolet light both on the doors and drawers as well as in the home. All products are Eco-friendly and safe.
- Process: Doors and Drawer Fronts are removed and completed in our Refinishing Center in Des Plaines. Cabinet Boxes are prepped and sprayed in the home. We use either Hepa Air Scrubbing systems or exterior ventilation systems when we are sanding and spraying in the home. We use dust collection systems when we are sanding.
- Technology and Equipment: Lightspeed Ultraviolet curing is the most advanced finishing available. Lightspeed technology uses UV light to instantly cure a final, durable topcoat to your cabinet.
- Refinishing Center Facility: Our Des Plaines Refinishing center is equipped with high capacity spray booths as well as several dust collecting sanding stations. We make custom cabinets, drawer boxes and modification pieces in this facility as well.
