Absolutely a superior experience! My new doors and refinished cabinets have given my kitchen and bathrooms a total new and modern look. Cary, the owner makes sure you are getting the best quality and service. Art and Ian worked hard and diligently. They are very knowledgeable of what they are doing.

What a FANTASTIC experience!!!! Where does one start? From the moment we contacted NHance, looking back, we were sold. Cary is an unbelievably professional individual that clearly takes pride in his business. Then, when Cary came to our home to discuss our project, we were 100% certain that we would engage with NHance for our kitchen make-over. Our home is 40+ years old, and very unique. Our cabinets in our kitchen are made of 3/4" plywood, which we wanted to keep in place due to the quality of the construction - just don't find that quality in new cabinetry. Replacing them would have been a $60k effort for a step down from what we had. Now, mind you, our cabinets were worn, painted, deteriorated, etc. Cary assured us that we would be satisfied, and that the cabinets would look like new after the NHance Process. We had already selected granite countertops, and asked if we should wait to have them put in. Cary said, "we would actually rather have you put them in first so that you can better match a color of your choice." Boy, are we grateful that we had them put in first. In fact Cary came to our home the day that the countertops were installed. We picked the color (white) and and the door style. Cary provided us with a quote that we were extremely satisfied with - to include additional custom carpentry work and the installation of an under-the-counter slide-out trash bin. (Michael, the carpenter, came out a few days later to get exact measurements for the entire project.) We told him to go ahead and schedule us. He did - no deposit required, as Cary said, "we would rather have you pay us once the job is 100% complete and we know that you are satisfied." Key point here, as we discussed our project with several other contractors at the Home & Patio Show - all wanted 50% down, and we would be scheduled for our project 5 months out, with personalities, that by comparison, were highly suspect. Three weeks later, came the day to start the 3-day process of our kitchen overhaul. Micheal and Ian came to our home. SUPER NICE GUYS!!! You cannot say enough about the level of professionalism from these guys - straightforward, nice professional, young guys with a hardcore work ethic. More importantly, they liked what they do - it shows. They were super careful with everything. Day 1 - all old doors removed, installed new shelving and valence over the sink (the custom additional work), and METICULOUSLY taped off everything, filled holes, scratches and gaps with fiberglass filler. Day 2 - They enclosed the entire kitchen in a plastic curtain from floor to ceiling, with an exhaust fan running to the outside to prevent dust and odors from contaminating the rest of the house. They sanded the fascia of the existing cabinet fronts down to bare wood, and sanded/leveled out all of the filled areas. 3-4 coats of the special NHance paint/coating, and a final clear coat. They worked until 8pm. By late evening, the enclosure was removed and it didn't impeded our use of the house at all. Day 3 - The fresh surface was cured with UV light, new doors and drawer fronts were installed, new hardware installed, and everything was adjusted appropriately. Our kitchen masterpiece was complete!!! And, it turned out so much better than we ever expected. It was stunning to say the least - looked like an entire new kitchen was magically put into our house within 3 days. There was not one single drop of paint, ZERO dust, ZERO odor. This was without a doubt one of the most first class jobs we have ever witnessed. Cary and his team of incredibly talented and enjoyable craftsmen did an absolutely fabulous. There are no words that can truly describe our satisfaction. Hand-down - incredible job. Most importantly considering the size of this job and what it meant to the house and the value of the house - STRESS FREE!!! Eric was willing to take on a tricky job of fixing a wood table with epoxy resin. It was cracked and had pulled away from the edge. He sanded the crack down as well as the raised wood knot until it was completely flush and then filled and matched the finish really well. It is difficult to fix the work of someone else’s but, he did a great job. On top of this great service, he picked up my table and delivered it and Assembled the legs back on for Me. Thanks, Eric!!!!! ??? I am Very grateful.

N-Hance did SUCH a beautiful job on our kitchen cabinets! They came exactly when they said they would, had good communication and prompt to respond, were neat and cleaned up after themselves. We are beyond pleased with the results! Our old-fashioned "orangey" wood cabinets are now a crisp, modern white!

Outstanding! So glad we found Nhance to renew our light maple cabinets. Our cabinets are more than 20 years old and the poly finish had eaten thru on various doors. Nhance refinished them in the original color and they look brand new! Kyle, George and John were super professional- kept us informed throughout the process, arrived on time and were careful and diligent while working. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Tacoma refinished all our kitchen and bathroom cabinets and installed handles on all cabinets and draws. Our neighbors recommended N-Hance to us. We are so happy with everything from our first call to them, to the franchise owner coming to our house and walking us through their process, offering recommendations and giving us a work order. The N-Ance work team reported for work on time and ready to work each day. I walked the team through the house looking at the work needed to be done in the kitchen and bathrooms. They explained the first day would be a surfaced prep day for the main day (day 2) when they would do mixing, painting, sealing and installing the hardware. They performed as a team, communicating with us and amongst each other as they worked. The communication, professionalism and workmanship of the team was excellent. TOP NOTCH quality work by Cary and his team. Right from the initial call I was impressed as Cary the owner answers all his calls and personally comes out to review the project with you. His team was fantastic !!! Ian was there promptly every day and very knowledgeable and personable. Michael, Aaron and Dave also were there helping on the work at various times and what's impressive is they all enjoy each other and get along so well. It's gives that family business feeling. Don't bother shopping around for pricing, etc. These guys are well worth everything !!!

Very happy with my cherry cabinets, I think they look even better than when they were first made. Charles very personable and easy to work with.

My poor old cupboards had gotten so gummed up around the handles and scratched up with use and abuse. Even one spot that had a burn. N-Hance spent 3 days making them look completely new. I could not be happier!

Our cabinet refinishing was completed yesterday and we couldn't be more satisfied. The doors were removed to their factory, sanded, repainted, and then reinstalled in five days, during which the framework was refinished in the kitchen and prepped. The result was flawless.

We had a Rental that had been through some abuse. It was dirty, had broken doors, drawers and tracks. The kitchen looks like new. The team are great communicators. They keep their timeline and do a great job. If not for the options they offer, We would have had to find new cabinets.We would have spent much more. Thats if we could have matched them at all. They now match the other apartments. Allowing us to keep the look throughout the building. With one exception. They look like new.

My wife and I just had our Kitchen redone . I checked all my options and choose N-Hance Wood. I can't say it loud enough AWESOME JOB. Dustin and his team did a fantastic job and went the extra mile . Didn't hold back or skipped any steps. So in closing if you are thinking about doing it , you will not be unhappy or disappointed.

Had them duplicate a cabinet door and install it and shelves and trim, and refinish one side of french doors that has been scratched by previous owner’s dog. Finished product was beautiful. Doors and cabinet door were a near perfect match and stain colors done by NHance were spot on. Unfinished cabinet door was ordered from somewhere back east to get the correct wood (maple). Door order somehow got messed up so the delay was longer than expected and annoying, but worth the wait in the end. We would recommend using them for any size job. The workers were friendly and helpful.
