N-Hance franchise for 4 1/2 years

Their business consists of owners Tony and Cheryl as Managers, along with a great team of CSR/Office Support, Technicians, Sales Reps and an Operations Coordinator. They believe without their great team, they could not be successful in their goal to provide an exceptional customer service experience for their clients. They also get valuable support from the Franchise Network, and Community Partnerships such as local chamber organizations and other small business oriented organizations.

The Dreawves’ past background regarding wood working and refinishing comes from Tony’s father. Tony said, “My father was a man of all trades from steam fitting, pipe fitting, home builder, re-modeler, and Technical College Vocational Instructor. This upbringing was not a career, but a way of life.” In addition to that, Tony has customer service/management background, and Cheryl has a Business Administration/Management background.

Tony and Cheryl have been involved with many fundraising events in their area. They have involvement with the Northland 300, which is a group of people that have a passion for snowmobiling, but dedicate a significant amount of time fundraising. All of the proceeds go to Special Olympics. They have also sponsored a summer golf event for the past few years. They also have involvement with the Pre-School Noah’s Arc, and have donated to Stillwater, Minnesota’s community events. Helping with the Senior Center, Nursing Home and other community organizations.

We asked the Dreawves’ what is their favorite wood to work with. Their answer was, “We better like working with Oak, as it is probably 80-90% of our business in Minnesota and Wisconsin! That and Maple.”

The Dreawves’ live in the St. Croix River Valley area in Hudson, Wisconsin. They are very close to St. Paul, Minnesota and Minneapolis, the “Twin Cities.” They say it offers them a small town country living with a beautiful river between Wisconsin and Minnesota. Tony said, “We can see all professional sports, Golden Gopher (U of MN) college sports and all the music and arts you could ask for. This is lake country also (Land of 10,000 Lakes & Loons….), and we really we enjoy the great outdoors and spending time “Up North”.”

To explain their customer service it is best to have it said in their own words. Cheryl said, “We hear over and over again that we are not like normal contractors or service providers. We are punctual, clean, and don’t make a bunch of noise. Respecting the customer and their home is what we base our business on. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service and “WOW” from our clients in seeing the amazing transformation of their cabinets, floors, trim work, tabletops, etc.”
