Floor Refinish Options

Over time, floors will often separate or show areas of color loss due to traffic wear patterns or sun fading. N-Hance renews the original shine and luster of all your wood surfaces, but without the dust, mess, odor and down-time typically associated with wood refinishing.

Classic Floor Refinish

N-Hance will make your hardwood floors beautiful again with our Classic Floor Refinish. The ideal “Classic Floor Refinish” job has some visible wear with light surface scratches. The finish is pretty much intact with no signs of bare wood. Separations between the boards are minimal and the entire floor requires minor touch-up, if any.

Hammered Floor Refinish

The “Hammered Floor Refinish” is a little rougher with gray to black traffic areas that have really been worn down to the bare wood. The finish may be intact along the perimeter of the room, but the center of the floor is completely worn. Deep impressions and cross grain scratches are visible due to large dogs, children or moving furniture around, like a piano or refrigerator. Water damage may be present on this typ of floor and separations between the boards run throughout the entire wood surface. With this type of floor, the technician needs to screen and fill the floor.

Non-Sandable Floor Refinish

There are many floors that cannot be sanded such as cork, bamboo, some engineered floors and the increasingly popular hand-scraped or distressed floors. Even solid wood floors can only be sanded once or twice before it is down to the tongue and groove. Because the N-Hance process doesn’t generally go down to the grain level, we can refinish all of these types of floors. N-Hance is your only solution for these types of popular floors
